Abbie, in active afternoon customer engagement ,addressed my struggles to place an order .I managed to do this today, September 22nd ,as my dog loves these raw food packs.
Active engagement with me in the afternoon when Abbie from Customer care came into an engaged conversation with me, the company tried to address what appear to be computer glitches, where the chat pink cloud attempts to address my ordering struggles had failed in the morning. With perseverance, though I never did receive, for some reason , the invoice Abbie made for me on either email address they use , this morning, I was able to place an order for these excellent products.
I am therefore, updating my review , where I have never given less than 5 *****for products, as Abbie has gone the extra mile to try to help me . I believe that some site issues may work better for regular subscriptions, but currently I have been using one off orders as regular ones don't fit in with my life pattern at present .
I have managed to submit an order this am ,using the site. All is well . AS Hants.

However, I can see that our team responded to all four of your messages promptly, within 15 minutes on each occasion, and we also created a manual order for you and sent over a payment link to make the process as easy and quick as possible.

I am thrilled to have found this company and they're really good dog food. It is truly good, great ingredients, nutrition is high on their menu . MY SIX (ONLY SIX!!) absolutely devour this food with gusto and delight. Service is fantastic and I am very very pleased with how they enjoy it, and excuse the next bit - what comes out the nether region is PERFECT. Hope thats ok to say - I think its extra OK.

Bad customer service
Hiding options to cancel, awful AI customer service, unable to manually remove a £2 bag of treats I never ordered in the first place, annoying points schemes with messages warning you not to cancel items, very unfriendly company.

For clarity, customers can remove items from their subscription at any time through their account page. We’re sorry if this option wasn’t clear or easy to find on this occasion.
A member of our Customer Service team has also contacted you directly to explain the changes to your subscription and the options available, including offering to remove the treats from your subscription. We have since followed this up via email with yourself with further guidance and, as requested, have now removed and cancelled the treats.
We’re sorry that our service didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and will take your comments on board as we continue to improve the experience for our customers.

If anything goes wrong with Naturaw there is no phone number just a bot to speak really disappointed and lost over £50 worth of good as unable to contact them.

We’d like to clarify that our Customer Care team did have conversations with you regarding the issue, and we also provided an additional contact email address to you for any future queries. The address provided when the order was placed was incorrect and we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the delivery address once the parcel has already left our warehouse.
We appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a large discount towards a replacement order, although this offer has not yet been accepted.

The Forage is the only thing that…
The Forage is the only thing that healed my very allergic dog and over the years I tried everything! Things would palliate and then she would flare up again but the forage must have healed the gut as she no longer suffers with any of it. Delivery is great and with DPD very easy to monitor and manage. Thank goodness for Naturaw ✨

Quality product, great buying experience
I would wholeheartedly recommend Naturaw products. My dog can be fussy with her food but has consistently stuck with Naturaw. The products stack easily in the freezer and I mix them up so I get a different flavour each time. She appreciates the change of flavour and I know she is getting high quality food. She is thriving. It's such an easy buying process and delivery is always very prompt and well packaged.

Excellent - especially for my yeasty dog.
I bought Naturaw because it has has recipes that don't contain carrots, peas or any other vegetables unsuitable for a dog with a massive yeast overgrowth. Almost all companies include these vegetables because I guess they are cheap. It's been really disappointing in the past to even order 'single protein' meats, only to find them laden with the above vegetables. I'm very pleased with my current purchases, and my old dog loves them too!

Great low fat meals for my dog
My raw fed dog has had some issues with acid reflux in the evenings. To cut a long story short I moved him onto some of Naturaw’s low fat meals to see if that would help. It seems to have made a big difference. The other plus is that the meals do not contain carrot which I am very happy about as carrot makes him itchy. The subscription is great with good subscriber deals as you progress. Customer service were very helpful when I had an issue early on. All sorted very quickly. Very happy

1/5 stars: Frozen delivery, weeks of back-and-forth, still no resolution
Long-time customer, but this experience has completely put me off. My order (#NATS0286126) was left beside the driveway in direct sun instead of at the door. By the time we found it, the box was falling apart, and everything inside had fully thawed. We had to throw it all away.
What followed was over two weeks of email back-and-forth. I was first asked to prove I'd contacted them the same day, then asked for photos of the individual trays after I'd already told them the food had been binned because it was warm and melted. I sent delivery photos multiple times. Eventually I was offered 50% off a future order as "goodwill," with no refund or replacement for the order that was ruined.
I have a newborn and very little time for lengthy correspondence, which I made clear repeatedly. Despite that, the case has now been escalated to a manager who is asking to schedule a phone call rather than simply resolving it; all I've asked for from day one is a refund or reshipment.
I understand deliveries can go wrong, but the customer service process here made a simple problem take weeks, with a dog going without food the whole time.
Can't recommend based on this experience. We are looking for another company to source dog food as well.

We did make several attempts to contact you to discuss the delivery and resolve the matter directly, as well as to understand what had happened, what could be done differently and explain our process. We appreciate that you preferred to communicate in writing, and we have respected that request.
We are disappointed that we have not been able to reach a resolution with you, especially as we had no previous issues during your long time as a customer. We have refunded order #NATS0286126 in full and have also offered to replace the order as a further gesture of goodwill.
We do have procedures in place when frozen food arrives in poor condition, including requesting photographs of affected food where possible. This helps us assess the condition of the products, keep appropriate records and investigate delivery issues.
We are genuinely sorry that the process took longer than you expected and that this experience has affected your confidence in Naturaw. We would have much preferred to resolve this for you promptly and are still willing to do so.
Excellent quality
Naturaw supply excellent quality mince for my dogs. My dogs are quite fussy but in general they love the Naturaw, not all flavours but most.
Orders are despatched quickly so an excellent all round service
