Quality of rug is great
Quality of rug is great. Just had to chase up when it was being delivered as hadn't heard anything

Quality of every order consistent.
Quality of every order consistent. Staff actually telephone you to let you know about delivery times and to discuss anything they have a query with.
Would always recommend. Great to buy from a UK business too.

Spot on product
Lovely quality, better than I thought it would be. Better than buying a rug that wouldn’t have fitted. The fit was spot on to the absolute multimeter. It looks wonderful. Great price, great delivery experience. Thank you.

Great products at reasonable prices
Great products at reasonable prices. I have two Natural Rug Store rugs and I love them. Good customer service - very quick response to queries, and despatched as advertised.

Sadly we were extremely disappointed…
Sadly we were extremely disappointed with our recent purchase. The rug stains extremely easily (ie water will stain it!). Despite buying the cleaning kit, this has also stained it as apparently they cannot get wet at all…therefore I would avoid this if you have kids!
I asked to have a call with a manager as we were disappointed that the cleaning kit we had bought with the rug had actually made it worse when used..however this request was refused and we were told we hadn’t used the cleaning product properly..this is just not true!
If you’re looking for a rug which can be cleaned and deal with minor spills this is not for you!

Odpowiedź od The Natural Rug Store
Dear Louise, thank you kindly for your feedback. As per our communications, we did make you aware that you may have used too much liquid from the cleaning kit which then bleached the rug. You also made us aware that you also used water to clean your rug – the cleaning kit does advise against using any wet cleaning methods away from the actual cleaning kit liquid. We do advise all customers to carefully read the cleaning kit instructions provided prior to use.
Excellent service and high quality rug
Excellent service and high quality rug. Would definitely recommend for custom made rugs using their rug tool and sample service. Spot on!

Excellent product & service thanks
Excellent product & service thanks. Delivered slightly early. I’ve had seagrass before but it is still a concern to order from a new company , but I am very pleased . I ordered a custom made large mat with black edging. Looks great !

The finished rug is a natural product
The finished rug is a natural product, but there were many more blemishes in the weave/materials than I've experienced with other vendors. Other than this the edging is good, the order and fulfillment process were good, and the price is good.

Fabulous product, great Company!
I had several queries prior to ordering and the team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I ordered samples which arrived very quickly.
I made my choice and had a made to measure jute runner with a basketweave border and I'm so pleased with it. It looks fabulous next to my bifold doors. Thank you so much!

Happy with my two rugs
Happy with my two rugs although I thought the natural colour would be rather more “blond” (according to the pictures on the website). It is actually more yellow, like straw. Still like it very much though.
Delivery took ages. Ordered in July, delivered in October! But all in all, I am happy to recommend this company. 4 not 5 stars because of length of time to deliver.

Excellent quality and service
Ordered samples which arrived the following day and then ordered our rug. It was delivered very quickly and was so well packaged and looked great the moment it was unrolled. Exactly as we wanted and excellent quality. Would certainly recommend this company.

Great rug, tough wearing and looks fabulous
Great rug. Well made and really tough. The sea grass is a beautiful colour and nice weave, the edging very neatly attached. Lies well on the floor with no curling edges. Looks fabulous in my new garden room.
