National Tyres and Autocare - Runcorn Recenzje 45

Just had two tyres fitted at National insurance Runcorn.
The team there is excellent (Tony, Colin and Ethan).
The did a great job.
Safety was there main aim. They spent 30 mins properly refurbishing my wheels before fitting the tyres as I said that they were loosing pressure.
After Ethan fitted the wheels back and torqued them. The manager Tony checked the torque settings were correct.
Tony also removed the preferred time slot charge from my bill.
As l said I left feeling that I had the most professional tyre fitting team I have ever experienced.

Hi, Had to go to this Tire place because I got 2 new tires from another place called Just tires Skelmersdale and they didn't balance them at all, pure cowboys . The balancing was way out, Just tires just wanted quick turn arounds. Anyway The guys at National tyres were very helpful and polite and the done a fantastic Job, I drove home that night to skem and my car drove so smooth with no more shaking, thanks guys for a great Job and ill be using them in future.

Worst experience I have ever had
Booked online for two tyres date arranged time arranged
Turned up 10 mins before fitting car taken in wheel taken off tyre removed for them to find a problem that the tyres ordered not in stock but don’t worry we will upgrade you to a better branded tyre (not as good performance or rating as the one I booked for )
Got Told he could get them in the afternoon or tomorrow morning ether way he would call me
No phone call till I called them about 9.30 to be told sorry not got them in will be Monday morning now and got offered free wheel alignment said ok I will wait till Monday morning
No phone call by 10am
So called head office to find out where my tyres are told manager will have them in by 12
12.45 in the new tyres out at 13.15 new tyres fitted no alignment done manager sat with a face on him like am in the wrong couldn’t wait to get out of there felt like am the worst person in the world wanting what I paid for and promised for done without issue and on time

Fantastic service from National Tyres Runcorn this morning.
Called in a panic, waking up to a flat tyre! The guy I spoke with took my registration and reasurured me they had a tyre in Stock. They were waiting for me, and I drove straight in... job done!!! They even gave me Blue light discount. 5 star service from the whole team

Really looked after by the lads, in this runcorn garage, sorted a puncture, then did me a deal on pirelli top spec tyre, on interest free, 4 month repayment,

The staff at Runcorn are always friendly, give good advice & always helpful. I can fault them but I do have a gripe. I asked if they did blue light as I am an NHS employee, but was told no but, when I realised after returning home, Halfords now own National Tyres. They do blue light, so why not the company they bought out & now own, they don't do it? They doesn't seem very fair to customers who go there as the staff are great!

This isn't the first time I have used National Tyres, it is so easy to use their on line order/booking service and I can fully recommend them to family and friends alike.

I tried to book to have two tyres fitted and wheel alignment at Runcorn, Cheshire. Your website stated that no appointments were available, but when I spoke to the branch they did have availability. I phoned your helpline who advised me to use a different website but the result was the same. When I tried to book without the alignment that was OK. I know that the alignment equipment is fully operational at Runcorn.

I WANTED A NEW BATTERY AND FOUND ONE HEŔE. IT WAS A GOOD PRICE AND CAME WITH FREE FITTING. IT WAS EASY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AND THE TRANSACTION WENT SMOOTHLY

Polite said my my car would be ready at 10:30/45 which it was previous management could learn from these lad's.
