National Tyres and Autocare - Byfleet Recenzje 62

I went into my local National Tyres garage and needed a single 225/45 R17 91Y Avon tyre and they charged me £130 with fitting. Which I paid in desperation , later on in the day I went onto the National tyres website and they was offering the same size tyre I brought but it was 2 for £173.98 fitted. I wasn't even offered this when I went into the store. I rather pay £174 for 2 tyres then pay £130 for 1. This was my first time and now last time I ever use National Tyres. Also they didn't even send me an invoice when they said they would. On top of that I was the only customer they had at the time of my visit.

Excellent service, I was changing 4 tyres and wheel alignment, they did a great job as always .Thank you John and rest of the team

Both John and Tom were exceptionally professional , polite and speedy in fitting a new tyre to my Porsche. John did not have the high performance tyre in stock initially but went to the warehouse to pick one up in the morning and Tom fitted it the afternoon. I will certainly be using these guys again.

Made a booking at their Byfleet branch and drove 10 miles to get there, When I got there, I was told that I had to come back at another time as they had to deal with 6 other vehicles. Why make me drive 10 miles there and then tell me they can’t deal with my vehicle?! Why not just say it on the phone when I made the booking? I should have checked all the negative reviews here before wasting my time.

If I could give this garage more than Stars I would Three garages couldn't support me until I went to these guys .omg !! What a lovely bunch of guys .Reece the manager and Tom went out of their way to fix it and kept me in the loop all the time.
No words can say how happy I am with them .thank you guys so so much .!!!

I have been with National tyres for some years, from MOT to tyres. Easy to deal with. Remember you need to book online. Otherwise it will be a rip-off.

Big thank you to National Byfleet. I had a puncture on the M25 whilst travelling from the Wirral to Hove(long journey) & the AA man took me there. Sadly the computer was down but all the staff were really helpful & eventually got me back on the road. Big thank you to them all. I’m in my 60’s & driving on my own is a challenge so it was nice to speak to the friendly staff.

i rang byfleet branch to book a mobile tyre fitting and the guy was extremly rude and unhelpful said they dont do mobile tyre fitting so i asked for number and he refused to give it saying i dont have it go online and look urself i said im on thet website and found u ar my local branch that offers mobile tyre service so i DO NOT RECOMMEND BYFLEET NATIONAL TYRES AND AUTO CARE AT ALL. 1 MEMBER OF STAFF EXTREMLY RUDE AND SHOULD BE SACKED costing the company loss of sales of £150 and 1 dissapointed customer this will also be posted to social media platforms to make others aware of the kind of behavoiur this branch has given me and many others i assume .i assume the guy didnt like to do work thats why he was so rude. hope the CEO reads this message .

We are today on 31.03.2023 and my tyre didn’t arrive and i don’t know nothing about when will arrive and supposed to be there on 28.03.2023 at 9 am

Still trying to get my money back. Booked for some new tyres online went to the garage to have them fitted, they say they have no record of the order. Customer service have just passed me around between departments. The fact this is going against Byfleet clearly shows I booked a garage so why do I keep on being told it was for mobile fitting?

Good website, easy to choose tyres and spread the cost

Booked to have to tyres fitted to my Optima, service is not the same since Halfords have taken this company over. Arrived early as requested in email confirmation, work would have been completed sooner had the staff not spent so much time talking. When I checked the tyre pressures on the way home via the TPS system the nearside rear was 38psi offside rear 41psi the manufacturer recommended pressure is 34psi for all 4 tyres.

At 11.14 I received an email telling me my car was ready for collection! I had waited while the tyres were fitted and by then I was at home, shortly after another email arrived it said it was my vehicle health report, it claimed that my lights and wipers had been checked and were in good working order, I had my car keys in my pocket the whole time it was there neither the lights or wipers will work without the key being present, an obvious case of box ticking after the event.

Such a shame National Tyres were excellent, well done Halfords for breaking something that didn’t need fixing.

7.3.23 Update.

Following my review I had a call from the branch manager, he was very apologetic for the service I received and understood that had I not had tyre pressure sensors I could have been driving around for sometime with over inflated tyres. 10/10 and I was happy to accept his apology.

Ordered but not fitted.

What a brilliant way to be able to organise a booking and the team working in Byfleet branch were efficient and friendly and the manager (Scott ) is a very friendly person and filled me with confidence that anything is possible whatever the problem might be ! it would be fixed .
