Doesn't ship properly and then blames customer!
This is probably one of the WORST e-commerce transactions I've ever had. I ordered a box for an AP watch. After purchasing the box, I got an email stating the original watch pillow didn't come with the box, but an all leather pillow would. I received the box and there was no bubble wrap or protection on the inside of the box. During shipping, the pillow had rubbed against the manufacturer name on the box. I sent her the picture and she said "it's not my fault they makes such bad quality boxes". Also the new pillow that she said was leather was not leather, as it arrived worn. Then she had the nerve to BLAME ME for the damage, and told me to never buy anything from her again. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't actually purchase anything from her again anyway. In the end, Postmark sided with me and refunded my money. ** BEWARE **!!
