Absolutely dreadful customer service. The attitude is astounding. Refusing to refund products, high hidden delivery costs, dreadful return policy, and they insinuate the customer is telling lies! The product isn't even worth the high price tag. Much better service from competitors. Avoid as if you have any problems you will be left out of pocket by this awful company. They do not care and see their Facebook page for their negative reviews.

I am having the most horrible experience with Natasha Denona's customer service, from their website. It is so bad that I feel like I should never shop from them ever again. So disappointing, given how good her products are. I've seen so many bad reviews also, I don't understand why Natasha Denona doesn't read any of these and tries to improve her customer service. Truly a disappointment!

Worst shopping experience!!
My parcel was returned to sender because ND team didn't give my complete address to the courier. I have double checked my order confirmation and I did write down my full address when placing the order.
This issue is definitely at their end.
Also, the courier reached out to them but didn't hear back. Other retailers would reach out to their customers if anything happened, but expect nothing from ND team.
I received a refund few days ago but it is just a partial amount from what I originally paid for.
Seriously, are you trying to scam your customer? Where did the rest of the money go? It was short of $52!!!

I order all of my Natasha denona products from beautylish or Sephora and they are all beautiful pigmented and best of all they blend fast and easy Natasha denona products aren't for cheap people so if you can't appreciate the uniqueness of the colors or the exceptional quality of the formula don't even buy it everything ain't for everybody I own 4 of her mini palettes 2 of her large palettes and two of her mid-sized ones I buy high-end and drugstore products I will say when I am in a hurry I will always grab for Natasha denona products because I know they are pigmented and blend easy so I can get the job done fast

Natasha, you are an amazing make up artist but your customer service team is a nightmare. I have ordered a brunch of stuffs from you and I have never received them. I reported to your team immediately. Months passed, there was no investigation, no evidence, just the driver from courier said it is delivered then your team refused to refund me. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m afraid I will never purchase any item from you anymore.

Do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase any products directly from the Natasha Denona website. Find another retailer to purchase her products because the brand website is a terrible experience waiting to happen. The products are amazing, but as another reviewer said, their customer service and their shipping policies are antiquated at best and deceptive at worst. If ANYTHING goes wrong with your order shipment, if your package gets returned to sender because of circumstances outside of your control, or if you need to return an item for any reason, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A SHIPPING COST FOR YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER. This is the case especially if you qualifIed for free shipping! Paying to ship an item back is understandable, but RETROACTIVELY charging for a shipping fee that was $0 because the return brings the order total below their free shipping threshold is unheard of. The worst part is that there is no disclosure of this amount in any concrete form (in an itemized invoice or a precise disclaimer before beginning a returns process). This is a very inconsistent online retailer. Unfortunately, this experience has turned me off from the brand as a whole; for the luxury or professional price point, you’d expect a luxury or professional customer service experience to match. Do yourselves a huge favor, if you love Natasha Denona products, buy from any other retailer but this brand website.

My love palette arrived and the pigment is awful on a couple of shades, there’s no pigment at all on two shades. I contacted costumer service a week ago and they still haven’t got back to me, I thought I perhaps had a bad batch but nobody emailed me back to tell me any further information so customer service is shocking and the fair to care for customers!

For Fans of Natasha Denona products shopping her web site is a real pain in the neck. They tell you to address them with any concerns on their "wrcare" address but nobody ever reads the mails. It's only after contacting them on their Instagram do they somehow react, and then they will tell you that everything is your fault. "Wecare" is nothing but an empty and disappointing phrase. The arrogance and not - understanding shown in the communication is deafening.
So all in all it's a real disappointment, and I don't think I'm going to buy anything from Natasha Denona again... 👎👎👎
