Did not receive my package
My packge was not delivered to my door and it was stolen. The response from them was "We apologize for the inconvenience if it's stolen. Unfortunately, we do not control how the courier deliver the packages." Inonvenience?!?! You control which courier service you use and you use a terrible one! This is the worst customer sevice I have experienced. I had to report the charge on my card because I didn't receive my items.
