Nailed It Neons were fantastic with my needs from start to finish. Their communication was clear, they understood exactly what I was after, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. I had a rare fault with my order and they replaced it straight away without any hassle. Brilliant service, fast turnaround, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and very patient with communication. The product was delivered super fast and looks amazing!

Honestly blown away by Hollys work. My experience was positive every step of the way. Firstly, I got several prices and nailed it neons were the cheapest. It actually took me months to finalise the design and size and Holly was responsive, friendly and helpful throughout that whole period. And that was before I paid her a penny! The quality of the sign was flawless. It came with a touch control and even a free LED strip. The sign even came with fixings and raw plugs. Everything was included, all delivered in robust packaging. Can’t recommend nailed it neons enough.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Holly from @nailed_it_neon to create a custom neon light of my logo, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first contact I had with Holly, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive.

Holly took the time to understand my vision and discussed various options and design ideas to ensure that the final product would meet my expectations. She provided prompt and detailed replies to all my inquiries, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

When it came to the actual creation of the neon light, Holly's craftsmanship was truly exceptional. The quality of the final product surpassed all my expectations. The neon light arrived in perfect condition, expertly packaged to ensure its safe delivery.

Not only did Holly deliver a high-quality product, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. She was genuinely invested in the project and cared about creating something unique and special for me.

The neon light itself is absolutely stunning. The colors are vibrant, and the attention to detail is impeccable. I love how it brings my logo to life and adds a pop of personality to my space. It's truly a remarkable piece of art that adds a touch of elegance and uniqueness to any room.

Overall, I can't recommend Holly and @nailed_it_neon enough. If you're looking for amazing service, exceptional craftsmanship, and a high-quality custom neon light, Holly is the person to go to. She truly cares about her clients' satisfaction and delivers a product that is both visually striking and of superior quality. I'm thrilled with my experience, and I'm sure you will be too.
