Great and personal customer service
To me it’s as important, if not more so, how well a business deals with an issues or complaint, as well as when everything goes well. One of the two items I ordered wasn’t up to spec as displayed and the owner immediately refunded me with no issue, apologised and left me feeling confident I could trust buying from this site again
