have bought eight watches from vchannel only problem was order went missin g in transit called customer services and within a week i had been sent a replacement at no extra cost to me received my watch within 3days of shipping to scotland keep it up vchannel
I have bought 5 watches from the v channel and have no complaints at all, they range from £400-£1500 there delivery is second to none,one arrived in 2 days.all in all very pleased with my watches and some of my friends have bought watches as well no complaints from any of them.
I have looked on the American websites and there prices are good.keep up the good work.

I have bought several watches from Vchannel. I have never had a problem with the buying and getting the watch delivered. Usually get them within 4 or 5 days. If you have any additional queries about a watch, you don't usually get much sense out of them. Their prices are good and it is genuine what they say about the savings. I have checked! Overall I am satisfied with the service I have got from them.
Placed an order this morning and all seems OK. Albeit I had to ask for my order to be confirmed by email which to me is strange as this should be the norm. I ordered my watch after seeing it on TV, the girl that took my order didn't know anything about the presenter giving away a free Sector watch......I emailed them this morning to confirm if this freebie is going to be sent as 'seen on tv'.....so far no response.
Have to say that their 'website' is shockingly bad. Its almost impossible to find what you are looking for; there is nowhere to search for specific items or brands etc. constantly having to select 'show more items', most of the pictures are of poor quality. For retailer they should be better than this.
Anyway, I hold judgement on service and quality of goods once I'm receipt of my watch.

Takes over 21 days to get a refund.
Everything is at your expense to send back to the states.
Just pray you never have to return a watch .
Quality of watches just not as good as advertised.
I have bought watches from myvchannel ranging from £200 to £1400.
All have been delivered quickly with no additional fees.
I've had no problems with any watch, automatics still running fine at three years old.
Good value for money, recommended.
I've been watching and purchasing from the V Channel for well over 10 years now and I can't recommend them highly enough. Over this period of time I have used their customer service for a number of reasons and they have never let me down. The Watch Commander himself once sent me a Watch Winder for my inconvenience of returning a faulty watch to them. It wasn't faulty either, I just didn't know how to read the GMT function. Ignore all of the negative comments on here a give them a try to see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

This company has been disgraceful to deal with my order was delivered in second hand cases and and a sector watch was badly damaged the manager mark was a disgrace not helpful at all and tried to over charge me by 100 pounds I would advise all of you watch lovers to avoid theis company like the plague
I must admit I was very surprised no one has reviewed this channel before? It is available on Sky and is dedicated to selling watches.
Anyway, if any has any reservations about purchasing from them then let me reassure you. I recently bought a watch from them and the entire purchase was hassle free and very smooth. The watch was posted from sunny LA to soggy North Wales well within the quoted time frame. It arrived exceptionally well packed and clearly addressed. The price you pay includes UK VAT (spit) and excise duties (spit, spit). So when it arrives there are no additional charges which sometimes happens when you purchase from abroad. I am a happy bunny.
