Not to good on delivery details otherwise fine

I had to order a replacement part for our fireplace. MyTub had what I needed and provided very good communication regarding despatch and delivery. The item arrived swiftly and was very well package. I would highly recommend their services.

great service , they went out of their way to source parts for my gas fire when original fire suppliers let me down , parts were sent from different parts of the country but arrived quickly - I will not hesitate to use them next time

Good service, part delivered on time.

I ordered a small item costing £4 with VAT. The shipping charge was £15 with VAT which I considered excessive given that the item would easily fit in an envelope but I needed it quickly and thought the shipping charge would provide a level of service that would guarantee I got it in time. I ordered around lunch time on a Thursday so I thought I ought to receive the item on Friday or maybe Saturday at the outside. Once I'd placed the order I got an email to say it would be delivered on Monday which was later than I wanted. It didn't arrive on Monday or Tuesday. I chased on Thursday and was told there had been a problem – it would be delivered on Friday which it was. The item itself was fine.

All in all I consider that I've been ripped off by an excessive shipping charge that didn't deliver when promised. I cannot see how £15 for taking more than a week to deliver a tiny bag of plastic parts can be justified. I contacted MyTub to complain and asked for some of the shipping charge to be refunded given the poor service I received but they refused.

I ordered connectors for taps from my Tub as they offered the best online price. My order took approximately a month to arrive presumably as the parts had to be ordered from Germany. They arrived safely. I was not in a rush so the time taken until delivery was not an issue. I was informed of the delayed delivery date. I would use my Tub again.

Good prices, first class service, why would you not use them as your supplier?

I needed new ceramic coals for a Focal Point gas fire. These were found on the MyTub website which was easy to use. Coals were delivered, well packaged, and as described, 2 days after ordering and at a competitive price. Recommended; would use again.

I ordered a Control Unit for our heating system fujitsu. Everything worked perfectly. With the payment, transfer and the customer service.

We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.
