Outstanding customer service!!! I have purchased a couple watches from this company and when one of them broke they worked with me to get a replacement very fast. Would definitely buy from them again.

I've purchased seven watches and two pairs of glasses of varying styles. All of them arrived within a week of ordering, and all of them are stunning. One of the watches was not working upon arrival, but I reached out to customer service, and after showing them the issue, they promptly sent me a replacement. Their sustainability initiative of planting 10 trees for every watch sold is also commendable. I have zero complaints about TruWood, and I am proud to wear one of their watches every day.

The customer service is second to none!! My watch is amazing looks great and is very lightweight. Will definitely be getting another in the near future. Only question is which one 🤔. I one one of each 😂

An honorable brand!
I could not be more satisfied with their customer service in assisting me with a pair my SO had that broke during his new running journey… he was devastated to say the least… most brands are not inclined to assist with replacement but Tana replied immediately with empathy and a solution. Highly recommend TruWood as they stand by their quality and customer care.

I like the designs and how they are made. But if you sweat, it will bleed on your skin very, very disappointed for the money I paid, I also sent an email to them and haven't heard anything horrible customer service. It would be nice if they did something to fix the problem but they've done nothing.

Absolutely love my watches! Light weight & well designed. I constantly receive compliments on how fashionable they are. Amazing job TruWood!

The team is exceptional and the customer service is quick to reply. Which is its own bragging rights in this day and age!

These are some of the best blue light glasses I have worn in the last several years! Something went wrong with my glasses and they replaced them for me, and both pairs were excellent! I recommend TruWood, just make sure to get the right model for you and I’m sure you’ll be pleased!

The website is in Euros but it's a drop shipper. You'll be waiting weeks for your order and then pay import duties.
The watch is nice enough and you can wear them straightaway if you have the arms of a gorilla. So a nono for all men who are not bodybuilders.
But no worries, they'll sell you a tool to adjust the links for 15 euros and free shipping. But once you've filled in your PayPal, they sneakily add 9 euros for shipping
The box is nice. If you have a gorilla in your life, it'll make a nice gift.

Awesome growing company. I ordered two watches on bogo, and they shipped to the wrong address due to my own mistake. I spoke with Taylor (big shout out!) who helped me through the whole process, and had two replacements shipped out no hassle no extra cost.

My first one has arrived, I took out a link with their kit, and it looks and feels 💯. Really excited for my second one to arrive!

This company Truwood is a scam. Their return policy says, "We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 30 days."
But once you are in the checkout they offer you a second watch band for free. What they don't tell you is that this promotion invalidates their return policy. If you buy two of the same item it's a different return policy that allows no refunds. So this is clearly fraud and a bait and switch.

I have been a watch collector for some time and a few years ago was introduced to Truwood and was immediately attracted to the variety and originality of the watches on offer at what I considered to be fairly reasonable prices..

I recently received my first watch ordered and was happy with the quality/value for money and lovely appearance of the watch.

After a few weeks the leather strap frustratingly started to seperate, which was unexpected and disappointing but Truwoods response was impressive. They offered me a replacement, no problems, after showing them some photos of the problem and this arrived today very promptly and without any fuss and looks fine. Given my positive experience I intend purchasing more items from this company. Excellent products, good value for money and very good post sales/after-care service.Overall a good customer experience.

I have purchased five watches plus and million tree watch from TruWood. Every piece has been unique and commented on by those around me. I have never had an issue with any of my purchases until recently, a watch that I purchased for my fiance, happened to break when the strap was being adjusted. The team at TruWood not only offered to replace the watch for just the cost of shipping, but allowed me to keep the broken one for spare parts should we need them in the future! I've had nothing but success and happiness with this company and their product! I look forward to purchasing more as I see what new and exciting products they come up with! I would especially like to thank Taylor for the kind explanation and experience!

These are great looking watches, I was so drawn to the look and creativity of them. I was also so encouraged by their website and statements about how well made they are, that they stand by their product "even if it's your fault." I bought my husband a gorgeous wood watch for his birthday in Sept 2023. He took it off to bike and also every night at bed time. It didn't like to stay clipped closed on his wrist but apart from that he loved it and it had great sentimental value for him. About a month and a half ago, so at about 8 months age the wood around the face cracked and damaged the crystal. We approached Truwood hoping to return it for credit that he could use toward buying a higher priced watch, paying the difference ourselves. The interactions with their support team left a bad taste in our mouths, sniffy, refusing to give us credit & saying the only option was for him to select a watch of equal (lower than what we hoped to BUY) value. So strange. And the tone of the communications were what really got us. Again, shifting from we stand behind our product to we are doing you a favor to do anything about a pampered watch that became useless after 8 months of gentle wear. In addition to originally wanting to actually buy a more expensive watch, he had intended to buy another watch for our son. Their tone and nonsensical policies find us doing neither of those things; we aren't even taking them up on replacing his birthday watch for one of equal value. We would rather walk away and find a company that stands behind their products. Hope this review helps someone else make the right decision about where they want to shop.

Bogo deal and the watches fell apart within 48 hours. Attempted to contact but they are unresponsive. Thank goodness I put this on a credit card so I can actually dispute the charge now. BUYER BEWARE TOTAL SCAM.

Horrible quality and zero customer service. Once they have your money there’s no way to get it back. Steer clear

Bought a beautiful band for my Apple watch. Had to pay a jeweler to get it fitted, In a few weeks it fell apart. They sent a replacement. Had to pay the jeweler again. Fell apart in a few weeks and almost lost my watch. They offered to send another but refused to cover the cost of a likely lost watch. If you value your Apple watch don't get their watch bands.

The watches are WAY overpriced, low quality, and upon realizing this, I went looking for a way to get a refund. Turns out, refunds are impossible if any purchases are made with a deal of any kind. (Everything on site has a deal attached). So you are stuck purchasing low-quality Chinese made products for 3 times their actual price. Plus, the only way to track your order is to download Shop, an ad ridden knockoff retail app.

Please, save your money for something you can see for yourself first.

Great style, comfortable and excellent quality, you will have a great image with this sunglasses and watch band are excellent. Also they have a great customer service team
