Used Mysupermarket for years, quick, reliable, money saving and always up to date.
Have not been able to login to Mysupermarket at all, of late, unless I'm prepared to login with Farcebook! I don't do Farcebook at all! Go straight to supermarket and shop now, save time, stay safe still find bargains!
I'm disappointed with Mysupermarke.That's as I see it!

Anoying with popup's selling stuff but a site popup's to say you have won something like an iphone where you cant take off but is a big con and just wants your details to sell on.

Unable to add my ASDA account after repeated attempts - need I say more?

If there was an option for zero star rating I woul have done it. The site is so bad with too many ads. And don’t get me started on the app it’s usmess. It really is a shame as they were really good before. I guess greed got to them.

Used to find it really useful, and it has the potential to be really good!
However, the pop up annoying spinning wheel advert is so annoying and won’t disappear that it has rendered the site useless!
UPDATE.... the annoying pop ups have finally gone, and the site is once again very useful

Got onto my super market and up pops an advert that I couldn’t get rid of , I click on close and it starts to spin and like a miracle I won an iPhone XS , I know it’s a scam so I won’t be going on my supermarket any more couldn’t get rid of the advert no matter what I did

It was quite useful before but there are too many pop up adverts now which make it unusable.

Aldi seem to have stopped uploading information about a lot of their products. This is true both on Mysupermarket and the Aldi website.
This means that I can't compare prices for the most common things I buy.
The website is very annoying now with interfering ads popping up all the time. It obstructs access to the site.
I do understand they need revenue from the advertisers.
The price alerts are really good. But I have noticed that they are inconsistent. E.g I set an alert for Corsodyl toothpaste. It never seems to come to me, but if I do a search on the main site, I have found on several occasions that it is reduced.

Spent a couple of hours buying shopping from Tesco. Put in bank details everything. Went to check bank and find money not gone out and supposed to be delivering today between 9 and 10pm. THE WHOLE LOT HAS GONE MY BASKET IS EMPTY. The other week did all my shopping and couldnt get to the payment section. Kept sending me to another Tesco ad.

Doesn't work. Spent an hour adding things into the basket at MySupermarket and when it transferred the basket over the whole list disappeared, even when I tried a few times again.
Dont know what has happened, this used to be an excellent site.

MySupermarket REMOVED all of the reviews I provided because I was objective about various products - ie I pointed out the use of palm oil, lard and monosodium glutamate in the ingredients list of those items. They will only retain reviews which are praising products - making the website a useless waste of time.

MySupermarket used to be great but recently the website changed and now I can not get to look at the items in my basket.

Seems to pick up whatever you put into google with the promise of a price comparison, go through to their website and the items are unavailable. They clearly spend a lot of money trying to direct traffic to their site but with no helpful content.

Don't waste your time with this website, just looked at Asda and all the prices are wrong!!!!

recently bought a hand held vacuum cleaner with free postage included but they did not pay enough postage. I had to go to local royal mail depot to pay the postage to get my package. The whole point was to have it delivered but ended up having to travel 12 mile round trip to pick this up.

What has happend here - its unusable due to all the advertising. Are they crazy? They are ruining their business by taking on all these fake ads everywhere!!! I couldnt even click on most of them.

And the sheer amount of poundstretcher ads suggest that they are no in bed with them.

AVOID! Until they are finished or they sort themselves out.

Their website redirects you to fake ads and sketchy websites that give you false alerts about viruses. Just don't use it!

Can be a good site but carries loads of malicious viruses on its pages.

Complete joke. I used to use this site frequently before all the malicious pop ups saying my phone is infected.
Mysupermarket was an excellent resource tool, now it has been rendered useless.

Used to be my goto price match website for supermarket stuff but today when I used it I got popups which said my phone was infected and then my phone started beeping and I had to do a shutdown of the phone!

Have removed browser in case was associated wirh the problem and reinstalled it after updating my phone with latest bug fixes for same reason. Then I did a search for mysupermarket and led me to trustpilot. My phone seems fine now but thanks to the browser delete I lost all my saved bookmarks (I know I should have used a sync but I didn't). (UPDATE using firefox sync now!!)

Very annoyed at mysupermarket for their clearly irresponsible attitude to ads they let run on their site and or their lack of site security. Never returning.
