Bought a Yardforce 300RBS..got it but I can't get it to work via the app so vital function don't work. The serial number is not registered/already in use. MyRC went bust... The European sales support forwards your questions around and (maybe) respond every 2 weeks. Now it's my problem, they tell me... My router.... Thing is the damm thing only uses BT..so even Yardsforce doesn't know their own stuff... No guarantee (MyRC is insolvent/went bust) and manufacturer of EU sales/resellers give NO support. A serious waste of money and I recommend none of their products. No settings, no updates no control. Money down the drain... sensors don't work/can't be activated, but an excellent plow for my new garden instead of a lawnmower.

aber kein Wort dazu auf der Webseite. Produkt bezahlt wurde aber nie geliefert. Ich möchte nicht wissen wieviele Leute da bezahlt haben und nun weder Ware noch das Geld zurück bekommen.

Obwohl Garantieverlängerung besteht meldet sich die Firma nicht mehr, auf Mails wird erst garnicht reagiert!

Returned my robot mower to them in March for a repair. Found out in May that they have gone bust. No idea if I'll get my broken/fixed mower back and all I've been told is to lodge a claim with the administrator and hope for 30% of the value back in a couple of years.
Apparently, they may be back in business soon but the lack of info on what's been going on is atrocious.

Firma ist insolvent. Hat mich ewig hingehalten mit Ausreden. Über 2000 Euro sind weg. Betrügerfirma!!!!

Retour d'expérience concernant un robot tondeuse worx acheté en février 2019, couvert par la garantie 5 ans "myrobotcenter".

Réponse du prestataire de réparation LetMeRepair (là où myrobotcenter m'a demandé de retourner le matériel)

Refus de prise en charge, au motif que myrobotcenter est insolvable !

achat d'un robot le 13 avril 519€ régler le 14 avril toujours en attente de livraison j'ai reçue un message le
31/05/22.comme quoi la société est en liquidation, une arnaque de première.

Commande d'une valeur de 849 euros le 13/03 pour une livraison aux alentours du 31/03. Reçu un mail en avril qd j'ai demandé où était mon produit pour dire que pb fournisseur et que la commande serait livrée aux alentours du 09/05/22. Pas de nouvelles depuis jusqu'au mail d'aujourd'hui où ils m'expliquent gentiment que je l'ai dans l'os car ils ont fait une liquidatino judiciaire... bande d'escrocs, je suis DEGOUTEE

I purchased a high end robot lawnmower, no call backs, no return emails. Having read this they have gone bust!
Absolute scam! take your money and then nothing. Fuming!

Same as many of you I ordered a robot mower on 10th April and they took my payment on 11th April unfortunately did direct debt of £899.00

I queried the delivery date on 23rd April and was told they would aim to deliver at the latest 10th May and i would be able to track it once it left the warehouse. I queried it on 15th May and got an email like all of you about their financial problems.
It is impossible to contact by phone as there is a continuous answerphone message and no way of leaving a message.
The hearings will not conclude till 17th July so unlikely to get any news before then .

Attenzione! È insolvente, merce pagata, mai arrivata e soldi mai restituiti! Non hanno sospeso il sito e non rispondono più alle email.

Ware um fast 7000,- gekauft, bezahlt, nie bekommen.
Niemand erreichbar.

Und hier geht es doch um einiges an Geld...

On a passé une commande en mars 2022 d’un montant de 1700€ nous n’avons pas reçu le robot et avons été débité des 1700 € ! Est ce que quelqu’un connaît la procédure ou le nom du mandataire judiciaire afin de d’obtenir le remboursement ?

ich habe einen defekten Saugroboter und da die Firma weiter besteht und saniert wird, müsste sie diesen auch noch reparieren, wenn es geht. Ich bekomme aber immer nur eine Standardmail und habe mich jetzt direkt an den Insolvenzverwalter gewandt.

Absolutely discussed by it. Sent my 400£ Worth robot back for repair as it broke within six months. Been chasing it and after 2 months of waiting been informed they went to self administration. No robot, no money. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

Ein Worx Landroid wurde am 06.03.2022 vorbestellt mit der voraussichtlichen Verfügbarkeit ab 11.04.2022. Nachdem weder eine Information noch eine Lieferung erfolgte, habe ich per Email Kontakt aufgenommen und ich wurde wegen Lieferproblemen beim Lieferanten auf den 09.05.2022 vertröstet. Leider habe Ich bis heute keine Lieferung erhalten. Die Kontaktaufnahme ist seit 2.5 Wochen weder per Email noch telefonisch möglich.

Ich werden nun versuchen über meine Kreditkartengesellschaft fas Geld zurück zu erhalten.
Ich würde jedem empfehlen trotz der billigen Angebote etwas mehr Geld in die Hand zu nehmen und bei einem vertrauenswürdigen Unternehmen bestellen

You should contact paypal as soon as possible, as they give seller 10 days to provide shipment ref, if sellers cannot provide proof, Paypal gives you refund

Erster roboter geliefert, der war kaputt und wurde zurück gesendet. Wir haben einen austausch abgemacht, seit dem wurde ich immer nur via mail vertröstet dazu kommt das das mit der hotline eun witz ist da der ist immet auf anruf beantworter eingestellt. Seit 2 oder 3 wochen erzählt der beantworter das sie eine mitarbeiter schuhlung haben. Ja klar
Ich werde jetzt mal das zeugs meinen rechtsanwalt weiterleiten. Ich kann euch diesen den shop definitiv nicht empfehlen. Man munkelt das die firma in insolvenz geht.

Comme beaucoup, j'ai commandé sur le site (1100€). après m'avoir indiqué une date de livraison, je reçois le même mail que cité ci-dessous, indiquant que l'entreprise est en redressement judiciaire.
Je cherche à engager les démarches nécessaires il serait intéressant de partager si quelqu'un a connaissance d'un tel dispositif.

I had a fault in my robot vacuum and send it to them for repair, they wanted 100 pounds to fix it although it's under extended warranty.
Now my vacuum is with them along with my 100 pounds what a criminal thing this is.
