My Pet Superstore 

I had to email My Pet Superstore to find out where my order was, which was my mistake as I thought I had ordered it two days earlier than I actually had. Got a reply almost straight away and the goods turned up as promised.

I had ordered the scratch pad with the crazy circle ball track around it for our 2 lil kittens.. I received the delivery on time and my kittens love the toy!..

As I was sending this to another person & haven't had any complaints I can only presume that the item arrived in good order.
I do think they should email information on delivery after the initial order because it would have saved me time following this up from my side

I had a product which didn't meet specification ( a product fault).There was absolutely no hesitation in giving an immediate response and a credit in an extremely friendly manner. Wouldn't hesitate in buying again from them.

Service couldn't have been any better. Super fast delivery, well worth paying £3.99 for. Everything I wanted was in stock. Have already recommended this site to other cat lovers to get their 'DA BIRD' (best cat toy ever!) will use this site again.

Prompt Delivery. One component faulty but after emailing the company I had a prompt reply and I was sent a replacement straight away. The employee of the company who I emailed was very good humoured as I replied good humouredly to him and had a return email to ask if I had received the replacement item.

I ordered a 'chew proof' lead for my dog and it came earlier than expected and I am extremely pleased with the product.

This company were very speedy on delivery. Great communications, Would definitely buy again.

Quite happy with my experience; the collars were what I expected but the blanket was far smaller than I imagined so was disappointed with this. For the price the blanket was not value for money and I would not have bought it had I known the size.

I purchased two crystal collard in green, but when they arrived, the colour was too intense, so I had to return them. I contacted My Pet Superstore who advised me to return them for a full refund. I posted them on Monday14th May via recorded delivery and had a full refund via Paypal mid morning on Tuesday 15th May.

I've never had such prompt customer service, and would certainly recommend them.

My Daughters young Labrador visits us and had demolished all toys. Found the Hurly at My Pet Store and so far he has had fun and toy is still unmarked. Although expensive it will be worth it. Delivery was quick.

Excellent customer service - I ordered the wrong size collar and lead for my puppy and the correct size was sent out the next day, including the offer to pay for my return postage. Lovely, quality product which looks great on my puppy and beats anything I've seen around. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Each time I have needed to order something on line. They have usually had it in stock and a greater variety than you get with some other online pet stores. Also the review I have found very helpful and honest. The prices are good and the ideas are innovative.

I ordered a new dog lead on Sunday afternoon,received it on wednesday morning. Service can not be faulted .

from order to delivery - cannot fault, very pleased with the product too!

When my order arrived I put the unopened tine of sardines on a chair and forgot about them. A short while later I came into the room to find Tuppence, my cat, on the floor with the tin. She was going mental trying to get the tin open. I opened it and took one of the sardines out and gave it to her, I have never seen her so excited, she just didn't know what to do first. Needless to say the poor sardine has had a good kicking and licking as well as being thrown around. This has been money well spent.
