Had a call with Eileen as i had trouble filling out the form she got in contact very quickly went through the form and booked my actual assessment very happy with the service as i have autism i found the form process a little overwhelming.

When I needed to rearrange appointments to fit in with other things this was possible - and I could do this myself multiple times.
My counsellor was understanding even when I was all over the place. I'd tried reading self help books before, but actually speaking with a real person was so much better. My tip is take advantage of the flexibility - you don't need to have every week - you can have longer gaps if that works
Truly inspirational. I have had the pleasure of meeting with the Senior Management Team at Mynurva on more than one occasion, and from first-hand experience I can say that they are passionate about what they do and how they do it. It is always refreshing to deal with people that have a clear vision and are in it for the right reasons.
It's a scam. They make it out that they have affordable therapy, but it's 65 pounds a session and you are actually paying 4 pounds just to be able to ask questions about mental health that you can just ask on Google. And the last thing is, when I asked how to cancel the subscription, they stopped responding. Terrible.

The new messenger service is designed where 1:1 therapy by video for 50 minutes is not possible or appropriate. Many people value the opportunity to message a lower cost service such as Mynurva Messenger for help and advice. After you requested to cancel your subscription this was cancelled.
The team at MyNurva have been wonderful. The support I have received over the past few months was exactly what I needed. I started off this journey a completely different person. One I do not want to retreat back to. Every session has been so valuable and I feel I am in a clearer and confident headspace that fills me with hope for my future. MyNurva helped me recognise and fine tune my feelings as well as supporting me with my choices and decisions in life.
I would highly recommend this as a resource to support your mental health.

After losing my grandfather, my Grandmother was left with no one to speak with. Mynurva stepped in and offered a very fast solution for this. We booked three sessions, they happened very quickly and my Grandmother is now at peace with herself. Many thanks , Highly Recommend.

Attending Mynurva sessions has turned my life around. I went into my first session barely able to speak without crying and unable to figure out what I needed to do. With CBT and a wonderful supportive therapist Si, in a very short time, I found my voice, I found my joy for living. I now have tools to help me process what I'm thinking and feeling. I have a really hectic work schedule, so being able to arrange a remote session is one of the biggest reasons I joined Mynurva. I can choose to do it during my breaks, when I’m travelling, or even at home. The flexibility they offer is fantastic. Adrian has been a really big help, I really recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.
I wasn’t sure about the whole video counceling going into it.... but after having a couple of sessions I can’t recommend mynurva enough. Talking to someone about my anxietys has taken a huge burden off my shoulders, I only wish I would have reached out years ago. It helps so much that I can schedule an appointment and not have to leave my house, otherwise I don’t think I would ever find the time. Thank you a million times, Mynurva!
