Purchased my 3rd car from Mylson a couple of week ago and am very happy once again with everything from the customer service to the price they gave me for trade in.
I will go back to Mylson again when I buy my next car

I'm happy to update this but I'm feeling a bit frustrated. The guys are happy to communicate quickly when selling the car but not so much afterwards. I bought an E Class Conv 08.05.24 and was promised that the new V5 would be "expressed" so i could put my private plate on. I messaged the showroom this morning 13.05.24 as DVLA haven't received my details to swap it over to me to be told it usually takes their accounts team 6 weeks to do this but they will see what they can do to hurry it up. This conversation never took place at all, if it had I would have waited on site for it to be processed on the day. I will continue to leave daily truthful reviews until I get a satisfactory answer.

Don't buy anything from them bought a audi a4 few years back trusted them only to find it had been involved in a
accident which they conveniently forgot to tell me about the front passenger wing was full of filler caked on tried ringing them numerous times no reply

Everything was great at first, smooth buying process, we bought a Mercedes Benz GLA, however noticed the sat nav module was missing and was an extra to buy. Warranty has just expired and notice cigarette burns that were clearly bodged have started appearing, now engine management light has come on and got a dpf issue with is going to cost a fortune to repair. Also got knocking on suspension, can’t even repair and get rid as we overpaid and the car is now worth 30% less than we paid for it. Avoid this place, I’ll never use again.

Well what can I say from start to finish my experience was great! Part exchange agreed over the phone, car I purchased was better than I expected, free bottle of wine and even petrol for journey home, all together a great experience I would highly recommend 😊

I bought a Mercedes A Class from Mylson. My experience was really good. I wanted my windows tinted and they arranged for that to be done before I collected it. The also gave me a really fair price for my old car.

Not so great. Bought a car. Had issues from day one, sat nav module missing although car was advertised with satnav. Coated me £150 to install. Informed Mylson, they ignored my emails. Next thing, engine light came on. After wrestling for 3 weeks, they decided to do repairs on a botched vehicle which they knew they'd sold. Now 4 months later, a nother problem with vehicle. Guess what, warranty ran out. Think before you buy from them.

Thankyou to Mylsons especially Adam who presented us with our Hyundai Tucson. The car was just as advertised and all the documentation was ready for us to sign. The experience of buying from Mylsons was professional and without drama.

Collected my CLA 220 on the 20th May. The service was brilliant 👏 would definitely recommend. The car is fantastic too 😀.

Excellent service from start to Finnish no pushy salesmen Adam was really good with the paperwork and keeping us informed on the cars progress very quick handover and a bottle of wine as a thank you. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Just bought a used car from this dealer and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional staff and environment gave me info on car went for test drive and then left me to look through paperwork at my leisure, no pushy salesmen just friendly and relaxed. straight forward purchase and gave me a very fair part-ex price even though car was more than price of new car. They did everything they said they where going to and went through everything making it nice and clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a browse of their stock if you are looking for a
quality used car at a fair price. Also easy to find just off motorway.
