Biggest scam. Played crossword game that said wasn't a winner but I noticed some letters had not been highlighted, thought it might of been a crash in system. Tried again and noticed letters I had weren't being highlighted on board. I did win $6 but half of my letters were not showing highlighted. When a I showed screenshots to them they told me the game is already pre determined on purchase. I feel this is clearly misleading for people and not acceptable

I don't like the new lotto setup. It is ridiculous. I went to put my lotto in via online only to be told your over your spending limits. I haven't spent since last Saturday. I think I will be going to the shop now. Or no more lotto. Bonus tickets are a joke.

Recent change when you log in. Now there's a default limit per 7 days of $12. You have to adjust it to your weekly limit spend so I did x3. Kept it at $12. Says it's changed, go to buy my $18 ticket and nope exceeded my weekly limit of $12. Damn stupid setup, back to the Post shop for my tickets if I can be bothered

Lotto NZ is the biggest scam.
Doesn’t matter what you buy, either a small $20 ticket or big ticket paying over $100 for a combo it won’t matter it’s all BS. There is no evidence it’s NOT rigged it always happening behind closed doors and no live stage no public just have to trust these people that run it are being ‘fair’ 🤣 yea right. Just because you say it’s live doesn’t mean it is if there’s no public stage.
Every ticket you buy what happens a bonus ticket if you win.
And the more you spend if you win it’s a bonus ticket. And then the bonus ticket doesn’t reflect what ticket you bought it’s a measly bonus ticket the same as a $20 ticket or $126 ticket. RIGGED.

Like now this Saturday saying a 10million power ball must be won then a once in a lifetime update. Wow this is just a marketing strategy to get more people to buy tickets.

I’ve been playing online lotto draws for nearly weekly for 4 months now and not once have I ever won anything except bonus line. Rip off.. and all I see are people always winning major jackpot prizes from store bought tickets. What’s the point of launching online if no one wins anything from it. You guys are just scamming people.

I feel like this is strange. A very large amount of tickets are sold twice a week and yet no one can win it with only 7 numbers to me that’s weird I feel that the more it goes up the more tickets are brought for lotto. There should be a cap of 15 to 20 million Sorr if you did that people would buy may more tickets. Plus with bullseye you never say were it was won you could put it on you website each time.

The lotto app and website has been having these login issues especially during the big 20 mil plus draws for years now. Even after all the complaints and then saying they are fixing them, it's still happening. Just admit you're filling your own pockets instead of fixing the issues, you crooks.

could not sign in directly via google had to use subdomains to access my account! again!!! site is poorly managed/maintained and is absolutely pathetic considering the $ that flow through it! It says on the app i won 20 NZD when i scanned a ticket bought instore and went to whitcoulls LOTTO branch at glenfield mall and i only got another ticket! What's up with that LOTTO?? Another thing, shouldn't the app keep a record of my winning ticket? They only recorded the non winning ones which makes me feel Lotto nz is not very transparent or straight forward, or is it something to do with the staff onboard being sneaky?

We need another lotto to compete with these royalists. Sexist, look at the crap prizes for Fathers day compared to mothers day. Its the same lottery, These fridget, feminist woke breeders, should be giving men the same value prizes for Fathers day. Its not like mothers are relevant today. Where as fathers build more than 95 percent of everything in the world we live in. Robbery, 4 numbers and power. Ball$60, on average, 5 numbers $600 dollars on average. With inflation it pays not even to consider playing the lotto. Get rid of that stupid bonus ball. Its a bonus for you bean counters not for the punters. We need another lottery not associated with gambling new Zealand. A local international lottery, not based on bailing out the government but for the enrichment of the punters.a free and fair and transparent organization.

I've changed from playing online to buying in-store. The app and site was not updating the balances when winning small amounts (20, 40, 60, 100 anything below 1000) since Jan 2023 for me anyway. So didn't get paid to me what I won.
How many others out there going through the same thing. I updated app as well.. same thing. They used to until I noticed it. I emailed them 3 times no answer at all which says alot. They are dishonest stealers. Won't happen now with the paper tickets.

You win minimum bare minimum but pay big its a con played for over 2 years most I won was 6 dollars that wasn't even paid out so I'm down the only 6 dollars I won

I have been using MyLotto for the last 2 months. I was sceptical at first view not knowing how it functioned, but sufficient to say that I found the lotto games in their site to be very reasonably priced and to top it they have a very friendly and informative customer service, who replies very promptly and cleared up the doubts. My initial deposit was made attractive by their adding the same amount, and the best deal for me was the very Indian app for deposit, which saves a lot of headache. I feel they they are the real deal and one can play safely on their website. Have fun and best of luck.

I am a disabled pensioner, suffering from chronic pain and several debilitating conditions. I have ME which impairs my concentration and gives me severe fatigue. In May 2020 I was sent an advert for your lotto service. I telephoned them and was persuaded to sign up for a trial period of three months, at a cost of £54 a month to be put into a syndicate. In September a fourth payment was taken from my account. When I contacted YLS they said I had agreed to a rolling contract, but no mention was made of this in the initial sales pitch. It was in the paper work but I missed this. I made three attempts to get this payment reimbursed without success. The staff we dealt with were brash and quite intransigent. I think this is sharp practice and these are not nice people to deal with.

This has easily become one of the worst lottery/gambling affiliate programs out there. They recently had to completely re-brand their product to Jackpot.com due to so many horrible reviews of their previous program, and now they're spamming TrustPilot with fake 5-star reviews to help cancel out the terrible accusations found on similar review sites.

I had previously made them thousands of dollars through their RevShare program, but they still have never paid out my commission. After months of emails and attempts to collect my money through Paypal, Payoneer, and wire-transfers, they now refuse to use those payment methods and insist on using services like NETeller and Skrill (which have HORRIBLE reputations here on TrustPilot).

In short, this company has absolutely no interest in compensating their affiliates, and they have a terrible reputation of blocking customers after taking their money.
