Everything’s was well organised the tours the hotels and the flights .. in hindsite we would have flown to Cambodia as we wasted 2 full days in the bus and once you have seen the countryside one day was enough .. we were disappointed in our contact on one occasion we were to be picked up at 8.00am only to find out the evening before it was 700 am an were never contacted by Mia about the time change .. just as well the tour guide mentioned it in passing … when I rang to confirm the confusion she said ‘oh sorry ‘ all in all not a bad trip

Just returned from a Northern Lights cruise on MS Nordnorge and it was amazing! I didn’t know what to expect with the Norway coastal cruise but it exceeded all my expectations. The flights were long but no dramas, transfers went well and the cruise was fab. Plus the food was exceptional! We also had a great customer service throughout the booking process, the girls are super friendly.

We had a fabulous experience on the Sri Lanka and Maldives package. Everything ran so smoothly, the customer service before and after booking was great, the people in the office always answered the phone right away and responded to emails quickly too. The Maldives was a dream, we upgraded and stayed at the Filitheyo resort in overwater villa which was stunning , we would definitely recommend this package and company to travel with.

We recently returned from the India/Sri Lanka 15 day tour. The Indian leg was very disappointing and left us feeling very negative about the tour and My Holiday 2 as a tour company.
In the description it is clearly stated that the tour (as a whole) has chauffeur Guides. Based on this information we assumed that the whole tour was supported by a guide and were expecting a guide in India as well as Sri Lanka and were disappointed, surprised and let down by this not being provided.
The tour description was very misleading on many levels. Things that were listed as inclusions, were then negated in the exclusions. “Buyer beware” I guess and while My Holiday 2 have covered themselves with their contradicting inclusions and exclusions, the fact remains that all on the tour assumed we had a guide in India and that most of the monuments and attractions were included – how did we all get that wrong?
The way the tour is promoted is misleading and should be updated to make it clear that there is not a guide in India, that you are virtually on your own and that most inclusions are unsupported and will in fact incur additional charges – and you will have to sort that for yourself in India. We had to get our own tickets to included attractions and organise and pay for guides. Clear and concise advice of this would have been invaluable for budgeting and planning.
I have never booked a tour before, having always travelled independently. I went with a tour this time as I felt it would make touring somewhere like India easier to navigate, leaving it in the hands of the experts. Had I known there would be no guide and we would virtually be on our own in India, I would have gone with another tour operator, or indeed booked it all myself and saved some money. Unfortunately, I would be very reluctant to recommend My Holiday 2 based on our experience in India.
To finish on a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the Sri Lankan component of the tour – it was well organised and supported as you would expect, allowing us to enjoy our holiday, as it should have been. The hotels and meals provided in India and Sri Lanka were of an excellent quality and we thoroughly enjoyed them.

Be very aware of the small print before booking with MyHoliday2, they do not refund your payment. I haven't travelled as yet but the booking process was very stressful. never use them again, a holiday is suppose to be exciting this experience so far have been extremely stressful. If you decide to book through them make sure everything is clear before you make the payment. Once made you can forget seeing that money again.

Our Borneo trip was truly exceptional, and one of the highlights was getting up close to the incredible orangutans and sun bears. During our river expedition, we had the privilege of witnessing various species of hornbills and monkeys thriving in their natural habitats. Additionally, visiting Seligan Island was a remarkable experience as we had the opportunity to observe green turtles in their nesting and hatching activities. It was both eye-opening and saddening to witness the effects of land clearing on these precious ecosystems. However, it was equally heartwarming to see the dedicated efforts being made to protect and preserve these habitats from disappearing completely. This trip left a lasting impression on me, showcasing the importance of conservation in such a magnificent environment. Highly recommend this comprehensive wildlife experience!

I would highly recommend MyHoliday2 from booking they were great to deal with. Quickly answered any questions and the tour guide in Japan was so wonderful. Yumi had great knowledge of Japan helped everyone with and issues and treated the whole tour group like family. Book now you will enjoy Japan and the people are so friendly and no language barriers. Completely safe and extremely looked after as I was travelling with my teenage granddaughter and only the two of us on the tour. Treasures Of Egypt 🇪🇬 Accommodation good The Nile Cruise 🚢 perfect, we saw so much history. Excellent tour.

Our Maldives holiday was perfect. The support from MyHoliday2 was great especially with helping the resort staff understand the needs of our autistic son. The resort was willing to adjust meals and meal times for our little man which made the holiday so much more enjoyable for all of us. A great package put together by MyHoliday2.

Wow what a well organised great trip! From being welcomed at the airport by a friendly driver to deliver us safely to our Hotel in the early hours of the morning to being delivered back by our driver/guide "Tissa" everything was spot on. Tissa was very friendly & knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. He handled the driving (we were in a Toyota van that had big windows with excellent visibility & saw so much more than you would in a big tour bus) in conditions we were not used to like a pro getting us safely to out next destinations without issue. All resorts/hotels were fantastic in every respect - clean, comfortable, very welcoming & buffets for breakfast & dinner which were all included in the tour price were just Wow! We saw so many great things & everything was well organised & no issues at all with anything. From the temple's, ruins, tea factory, spice place to the train trip (great experience), beach resort & safari & everything in between- all well organised & fantastic with us being greeted at each place with friendly welcoming faces. Highly recommend a trip to Sri Lanka & Myholidays2 were absolutely fantastic from the moment we 1st made enquiries. They responded very promptly to every email I sent with all my silly questions. Will not hesitate to book another trip through them again. Jo

17 Day Uncover Egypt & Jordan
When we arrived on the tour we discovered our party of 3 were the only ones on tour, so we really got a private tour of the countries, how good is that! We loved every minute, the itinerary was jam packed with some very early mornings, but it was absolutely worth it, the stay at the Red Sea & the Dead Sea gave us a welcome rest. All the guides & drivers looked after us so well. Asma, our guide in Cairo & Alexandria was very knowledgable and lovely. Our main contact Mohammed was always contacting me via Whatsapp to make sure everything was going smoothly. And Mohammed in Jordan took such good care of us. We ticked off a lot of bucket list sites on this trip. All the accommodation we stayed in was clean & comfortable. It was a trip of a life time and we have treasured memories forever.

Everything flowed well from flights transfers and our accommodation. Knowing that all was done for us made it a stress free holiday . Thankyou

Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and the tour ticked off a lot of the highlights. As always, the more you see the more you want to see and there was soo much to explore. I definitely felt it was value for money, and most meals were included. I think we only had to pay for a couple of lunches over the whole trip. I would recommend this trip!

We happened to be the only two people on the tour so could make it our own. The tour guide/driver was knowledgeable and went out of his way to look after us. Overall we had a really great tour with lots of positives and I would recommend it.

Some constructive feedback:
I would have liked a bit more information at the start of the day about travel times and what activities were optional. Eg. One temple entry I thought was optional but was paid by the guide. Then the next day the temple of the tooth visit and botanic gardens on the itinerary looked to be included but was at our cost. It worked out to be as written in the fine print but in terms of managing our money and ensuring we had enough cash for the day it was a little tricky. Especially with tipping expected also. As tipping is not the norm in Australia I found this a little stressful as I didn’t want to offend by not tipping enough but also not sure when to tip at times. The tour guide was helpful once I asked for help. It would be great to have a bit more information on tipping in Sri Lanka prior to departure. We found that at the smaller stops on the trip, while entry was included in the tour, with tipping and often a high expectation that you will purchase goods while there, it added to the daily costs and you needed to have smaller notes on hand.

The Elephant Safari in the jeep was an absolute highlight of the tour and a must do. Again minor feedback was not having clear information online at time of booking but MH2 was very helpful following up on queries. I was expecting this to cost $150AUD as everything online at MH2 had been in AUD but it was USD which we found out on the day of the tour. Again minor inconvenience and not a big problem.

The hotels were above average but needed some love in terms of a good deep clean and updated furnishings (Thilanka and Mermaid especially) but overall didn’t detract from the trip. We had requested twin beds for my son and I but had two occasions where we had to share a bed. Not a big deal as the bed was massive. We probably could have asked to change but couldn’t be bothered at the end of a long day.
The locations and grounds of the hotels were great but often not near town or anywhere you could explore at the end of the day.

Only minor negatives, overall we had an amazing trip to Sri Lanka and would absolutely recommend as a travel destination! Would recommend this tour!

We did the 10day wildlife tour of Borneo in August.I have traveled many times but this was the first time in a small group. What made the tour so special was both our tour guide Robert and driver Juan. Roberts knowledge of the birds and animals was amazing and also his English. He knew so much history in Sandakan. Would not hesitate to use My holiday 2 again as everything was so well organised and stress free,from the airport pick up to drop off

I recently embarked on the 10-day Borneo Adventure, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day I departed, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this trip.

First and foremost, our tour guide, Robert, was nothing short of amazing. His knowledge of the region, its wildlife, and its rich cultural heritage was truly impressive. He had an uncanny ability to spot wildlife in its native habitat, and his passion for conservation was contagious. Robert not only educated us about the local flora and fauna but also about the importance of preserving this incredible ecosystem. His enthusiasm made every encounter with Borneo's wildlife a memorable one.

The rest of the staff on this adventure were equally outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that our trip was enjoyable and stress-free. From organizing seamless transfers to arranging comfortable accommodations and delicious meals, they took care of every detail. This level of attentiveness allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience without worrying about logistics.

One of the highlights of the trip was, of course, the opportunity to witness wildlife in its natural habitat. From the majestic orangutans swinging through the trees to the elusive proboscis monkeys and the colorful birdlife, every moment spent observing these creatures was a true privilege. The team's knowledge and respect for these animals ensured that we had a responsible and ethical wildlife-watching experience.

Overall, the 10-day Borneo Adventure was a journey I will never forget. It provided a unique opportunity to connect with nature and immerse myself in the beauty and wonder of Borneo's rainforests. Thanks to Robert and the incredible staff, every aspect of the trip was well-organized and hassle-free, allowing me to focus on the breathtaking surroundings and the incredible wildlife. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone seeking an unforgettable travel experience in one of the world's most pristine and diverse ecosystems. I went on the 10 day Borneo Wildlife Adventure tour in August 2023. The tour was fabulous! We saw a lot of animals in their natural environment which was a big highlight! The tour was very well organised and we had the best tour guide (Robert) who was so very knowledgeable about literally everything. Our driver,(Juan) was also fabulous and such a careful driver. We had such fun with them too. Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable, better than I expected! We ate delicious meals at all of the places we visited too. Our program was full and included many memorable and varied experiences. Thank you for my memories, I will not hesitate to book with you again!

Great communication, got back to any questions immediately, definitely go back for another trip, Europe would be nice

We booked the 15 day Magical Morrocco tour under the understanding that this will be a guided tour for up to 10 participants which includes 4-5 star accommodation.
We had a genuine private tour since we were the only couple in the group. The driver was a Berber tribesman, extremely helpful and reliable but since he is not a tour guide his knowledge was pretty limited and was not allowed to accompany us in Medina visits. We had licenced tour guides in Fes and Marrakesh only and had to Google any information we required about any of our interests, i.e history, art and architecture.
Most accommodations were below acceptable standard and definitely not 4 star rating. Some pose a challenge for those with mobility issues as the Riads (wealthy homes converted to hotels) are located inside Medinas (old city surrounded by walls). Luggage has to be carried a fair way through narrow streets and then up winding stairs. The 'Luxury tents' in Merzouga are terrible. Just a run down camp in the desert. Extremely hot with sand storms.
The itinerary was not closely followed as we were the only couple in the group and enjoyed complete flexibility.

Had a great tour in Japan with Tomato Travel. Yumi our tour guide was great. The tour was larger than anticipated at 43 people. I would have preferred less people, which was what I was told, when booking the tour. There was also long time frames on the bus, on some days. Perhaps the tour could have been organized better, to reduce the travelling time on the bus. For anyone booking their own flights, shuttles are not included at some Airports. We found this out the hard way. Otherwise, it was a good tour with good accommodation, food and attractions. We had a great time.
