- Bought something that didn't work on my computer at all.
- Their "solution" was to try the same thing - that didn't work in the first place - over and over again.
- They don't care that it doesn't work for me. They keep telling "it works for everyone". LIARS!
- They play dumb, as if they didn't know the problem. Or they tell you to try it again! Just to stall you forever.
- I did not receive any service I could or did use. Yet they refuse to return my money!

In my book that's THEFT!

Thank God their offline. Hopefully it stays that way, so they can't scam any more people!

They clearly explained it that it takes between 1 to 6 hours normally for the key to be delivered.
I am happy with the prices, got the keys after 5 hours and am happy with what I got.

Initially all goes well, 3 months later steam says that my game recieved as "gift" has been revoked, so this is a swindler. Their website is offline.

Habe mir vor Tagen "Company of Heroes 2" um 10 Euro gekauft... Bestätigungsmail kam sofort, der Key lies dann aber ein paar Stunden auf sich warten.... aber er kam....

Heute nochmals mit einem anderen Spiel versucht, Bestätigung kam wieder sofort, und jetzt warte ich schon wieder Stunden auf den Key... also nichts für "Schnellentschlossene" ....

I have ordered Borderlands 2 GOTY and I got Borderlands 1. So they asked me to give the gift back.. but I have allready used the gift so they sent me Borderlands 2 GOTY anyway.. now I got Borderlands 1 and 2.. Thank you so much!

I ordered a copy of Rust last year - December. It took ~8 hours for delivery time, Note: I ordered around midnight (00:00/ 12:00 am). Service was fluid (e.g. Paypal transaction), however I would like to give a heads up that when ordering with a different email (registered to your account) to your Paypal email, the product code may be sent to your Paypal email, not your account email.

I ordered L.A. Noire: Complete Edition from the site for a cheap price and waited for the guys to send the gift through email and i got it. Just need to be patient to wait for them to send the gift. Would absolutely dealing with them in the future. :)

Due to shipping the keys manually instead of an automated system my key took 12 hours to arrive. Good support and a good shop, just a tat slow in some cases

I ordered Divinity: Original Sin on 4/17/14 and about 1 1/2 hours after paying with Paypal I received an e-mail with a link which I clicked on that gave me a gift of the game directly to my Steam account. The game activated and installed perfectly and I was honestly blown away by the great experience I had with Mygamekeys.net especially after several bad experiences with other sellers. I'm already planning on buying another game from Mygamekeys.net very soon!!! Thanks guys :)

I purchased my key at 5am a sunday so it was delivered at 10.30 in the morning that day.
They warn you that if you buy outside bussines hours you will have to wait (comercial times are 10:00AM to 18:00PM CET) so everything was perfect, cheapest key in the market too so i reccomend this shop.

I recently made a purchase on their page, and accidentally they sent me the dlc to the game, not the main game itself. After sending them an e-mail, which they replied in less than a minute, they sent the right key and said I could keep the dlc as an apology. That is beyond what I would expect from a customer service. And the person I spoke with was really nice. Overall I really liked them, and they definitely haven't seen the last of me. The only negative thing I can possibly say about them is that if you purchase something during the night as like I did, then you'll have to wait till the morning to receive your key. But that isn't even close to bring them down on 4 stars instead of 5.

Everything worked perfectly and even though steam has had problems the last couple of days, they somehow got their system to work, fast even. Recommended!

I'm usually apprehensive about using key stores because of bad experiences I've had with other sellers in the past. But mygamekeys.net provided my steam key for Civilization 5 within an hour and sorted out the (small) issue i had. Highly recommended.

I'm slightly wary of ordering from key sites in general after a couple of bad experiences, but took a punt here since they were the only ones with the product I wanted in stock (Bulletstorm, which was recently removed from Steam). Paid via Paypal and received a Steam gift link (as stated on the product page) around 90 minutes later via my Paypal email address. No problems redeeming or activating and I've been enjoying the game. Can't fault the service at all.

If like me you are reading the reviews about this site wondering if they are legit or not, I can tell you now they are. I made one cheap purchase to test if I would get the game I ordered or not and I did, very quickly might I add. The game I received was through the form of a steam gift which is unusual for these sorts of sites but the price offered was very good so I thought I'd give it a shot. On my second purchase now and again quick and easy. Thus far my games have came through and worked as expected and I have saved about £20. Very happy with the service!

I wanted to get a game cheaper so after some browsing I've decided to try this website and everything went fine: account was fast to create as well as payment-processing (I've choosen paypal). And order was delivered fast! I placed mine at around 3.10am on a Monday, got told from the automatic answer generator my order would have been processed the next morning because it was out of the working hours, and so it was! Got it delivered around 6am and it works as it should. I can only reccomend this shop.
