THEY STOLE FROM US! My boyfriend booked with them but had to cancel. We cancelled like 1 hour after booking. We checked out card statement and could see that an additional purchase of $106 was made that we didn’t authorize. We NEED our money back now! Thieves and Frauds!!!!

I could not believe the prices on their website! Therefore, I checked with the BBB because I know that if something is too good to be true...it probably isn’t. They have a HORRIBLE rating with a reputable consumer protection company. The reviews on BBB were complaints about fake reservations and the non-existent refund process.

I got married In the middle of 2020 during the pandemic. I got flight tickets before everything was shutting down for travelers off this website then I had to cancel my honeymoon this company said they would refund my card payment they have not done it I have been emailing them for 11 months now they said they would send me a check in the mail finally received it last week and the check is NO GOOD it came back as Non-sufficient funds... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM with third party “NewTravelTrip” .. I bought my ticket on MyFlightSearch but my confirmation email came from NewTravelTrip .. it charged my bank account under "Delta Airlines" so I thought it was legit, until I never got my e-ticket they promised. I tried emailing them and kept getting a return email saying "address not found", I tried calling and they kept hanging up! Just beware when you put in your account information where your money is really going!!

Very disappointed. I couldn’t travel because of delayed or over 72 hours. I called them 3x to rebook my ticket they said they would call me back in 30 minutes and they didn’t so I called back then they gave me an invalid number for the airlines in which after trying to figure out the number the airline has nothing to do with rebooking it must be done by the travel agency I bought the ticket. Myflightsearch had all the excuses not to rebook and I lost my trip. Not fair at all..

They have shown their number online showing Frontier airline website after i called and they told me that they are consolidator of Frontier airline. I was looking flight tickets but they refused online website price and said it is increased and now fare is usd480 more as this was my family booking so i booked. I gave my card they charged me multiple times and after i checked with airline website it shows my ticket cost usd1050 but they charged me usd 1530 in three times shows airline name. When i checked with airline actual price was usd1050 only including baggage cost but when i called myflightsearch they said it is baggage cost when i tell them that i spoke to airline already they refused to refund my money .. They scam people and they lie everyone that they are airline consolidators i have couple of friends who booked tickets from them but from last 2 months they havent received any tickets. They are doing fraud with us as they are not based in States, their agents speak different type of languages. They may operate call centres outside from US. Please look into this and help US citizens from this kind of Fraud

I was so afraid after reading reviews that myflightsearch was a scam but it wasn't at allllll! They did change my flight which wasn't a big time difference at alll! Took them a while to send my e ticket but I called the actual airline and our flight is definitely confirmed! I will definitely keep using them! I saved about $1500 going thru them! I am a legit person and this is not a made up review I can promise you that!

Horrible experience. Scam company with fake positive reviews. Booked flight on Jan 31, charged for the flight, but never received eticket. Called customer service yesterday was told it was fine and the eticket would be sent by the end of the day. This morning-no eticket. Called airline to see if I could verify I was on the flight without confirmation number. Agent saw my name and information had been put in back in Jan as a "hold" but never confirmed. So they took my money, but didn't buy the ticket. I called back to myflightsearch to have them book the flight (there are still 9 seats available) but "Chris" said my original booking is there and the confirmation will be sent 48-72 hours prior to the flight. I told him I was not going to wait any longer and I needed the confirmation now. He said a 'glitch in the system' is not allowing confirmations to go out until then. I called BS and asked for a supervisor. He said there was no one available. My only option was to request a refund. I was told 2-3 weeks until it goes through. I received email immediately stating my (non-existent) reservation is cancelled, so I'm hoping I'll actually receive the refund. I will update if I do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Be aware of this Scam and Fraud company.
Very bad customer service.
They always cut the phone
No clear answer and keep on hold for long time then cut off.
Never got my refund.
They get angry and can't communicate with clear English.
Advice never use them!
I'm seeking legal help to let them stop cheating other people.

Scammers! I thought I was talking directly to Boutique Air (my mistake and in my hurry I didn’t see that I was on a third party website). After booking they said my card was declined because the price went up. Then they asked for my card # again, and raised the ticket price by 33% from $73 to $105. I called the REAL Boutique Air immediately after, and the ticket was only $59. I tried to call MyFlightSearch back to cancel and no answer. I had the card cancelled with my credit company immediately. Very scammy. Also within the next hour my phone started ringing with spammer calls. FILTER REVIEWS by negative here in TrustPilot. Many similar stories. The positive reviews look like they might be fake, most all posted exactly the same time on same day. All very generic. Yea that’s not sketchy. TOTAL SCAM

This place is a scam. Never got my tickets and would not give my money back. Call multiple time to get a refund and was told I would get a call back. Never got a call. The last time I asked to speak to a manager. They hung up me.

On 6/26/2020 I booked a through MyFlightSearch flight from KCI to ABQ for $236.56.
Due to COVID Travel Restrictions from state of Arizona I had to call MYFLIGHT at 833-200-3181 to cancel the flight. At the time I canceled your representative gave me #497660 and told me the refund was $201.20.

Today I tried to use the $201.20 credit to book another flight but was told it showed as "No Show" versus "Canceled". I made multiple calls to your company and spoke to Farheem, Steve, and Kris. Only to be told that they couldn't change the status. I spent hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I would never use them again. Only book with a known provider or the airlines itself.

I would give a big fat ZERO if I could. I purchased the tickets on Jan 29 2021 and they I haven't even received my e-tickets yet. Giving me the run-around. Called United Airlines directly was told they cancelled my flight arrangements without my knowledge. Said they were going to give me a refund and rebook my flight but the refund never happened. I will not be using them again !!! Going directly through the Airlines from now on...

I purchased online tickets, 3 days past, I had to change flight by one day, I paid $435.98 for first tickets, the guy on the phone said I could not cancel, no refund, but he did say he could rebook it, he charged me $296.96 . AND I DID PURCHASE THE TRAVEL INS.

they offered a deal they couldn’t make. tried to lie about notifying when all calls are recorded now a days. told me the only resolution for canceling my flight day of was to buy another ticket at 3x the original price. i have a hard time with companies that take your money and screw you on the product. next time im going to book directly with the airline. it cost a lil more but you know what youre paying for.

Booked a tickets 2 weeks ago and it’s still under process???? Definitely don’t believe in this company.. should have had my eticket already called three times and no help! Just run round.... then was giving a PNR # that’s doesn’t exist

This company is a scam bought a ticket to Texas to bury my dad when I got to the airport there was no ticket said it was voided this was in March 2020 after many many calls and emails still no refund. Beware!!

they I went to airport and wasn’t there any booking under my name then I had to purchase an expensive ticket at airport by myself and because they refused to help n I asked for refund and they kept playing games until I gave up and stopped calling them and lost my money

Aweful customer service. Was scammed out of over $755. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!
