I enjoyed using this app during my journey, but the company’s practices left me disappointed.

I signed up for a 50% off 3-month plan and used it a few times. Normally, I cancel subscriptions right after trying them and resubscribe only if I like them, so I’m fairly sure I canceled this one immediately. Yet when I checked my bank, I noticed I’d been charged 300 DKK for a renewal.

I contacted support and they replied quickly but said they couldn’t refund me. I had hoped it might be possible since their policy mentions refunds within 30 days, but that wasn’t the case.

This experience highlights a bigger issue: most companies that genuinely care about customers send reminders before a subscription renews… or at least notify you right after billing. My first purchase was confirmed with no problem, but for the renewal, I received no notice at all. That’s exactly how vulnerable users can get trapped. It’s not very considerate service. YOU KNOW exactly what you’re doing and it’s giving money hungry.

No lock screen widget, no watch app.
No cardio included, no way to record it.
No way to do negative numbers on assisted machines.

But worst is losing my data because I didn't "log out" because my device broke....

Needs more work guys for what you're charging...

Me encanta que cuando hago un ejercicio por primera vez puedo adaptar el peso de acuerdo a mi necesidad. También lo ajusta si el esfuerzo es moderado, difícil, etc. Tiene además mucha variedad de ejercicios.

Die App ist bis jetzt gut und man sieht den Erfolg nicht nur in Zahlen, aondern auch an sich selber.
Ist auf jeden Fall noch ausbaufähig und verbesserungsfähig.
KI ist manchmal bei verschiedenen Übungen leicht verwirrt und zeigt ein Gewicht an, das man absolut nicht schaft.
Zum Beispiel beim Bauchtraining.
Wenn man ein Gewicht garnicht schaft, dann muß man eigentlich 0 eingeben, aber die App sagt, das man mindestens 1 eingeben muß.
Das verpfälscht natürlich das Ergebnis.

Top App mit top Support, der immer da ist, wenn man ihn braucht.

Echt clevere App, live Anpassung realer Gewichte..super durchdacht. Der Service ist auch sehr hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert. Für mich die beste App im dauergebrauc..toll!

The app is easy to follow. I love being able to decide how I want to work out and then getting the structure to get the work done. I love being able to change the exercise on the fly if equipment in the gym is in use. If you are not familiar with an exercise you have step by step details and video to see the movement.

Es ist eine super Erleichterung für mich da es alle Gewichte speichert und von allein anpassen bzw. steigert.

I have always had a blue collar job and NEVER been to the gym in my life so when I started to go I was lost! The guy next to me recommended this app and it had been great! It has guides on how to do it and it keeps track of the weight so I know when and how to push harder. After every week it give me a report so I can keep track of everything and keep me motivated to keep going back. 10 out of 10 would recommend this app to anyone starting out at the gym.

Great app, keeps me moving forward with my training.

I enjoy the structure of the app. However there are many basic workouts that are not in the repository. For example plank, cat cow, bar hanging, I also don’t like that it doesn’t understand half pounds when putting in weight. It could be better.

As I get more experienced it’s losing its appeal.

I just want to say that this App is incredible!I have done the gym for years and it has been ok. I have stayed fit. I have now reached the next level with of my health and fitness with the MyFitCoach App. It keeps my on track with the perfect plan for me. Also, as I grow and my needs change, so does my routine! I am very thankful for MyFitCoach!!

My fit coach is a great app easy to use and very adaptive. I'd be lost without it now.

Compré la suscripción, porque me pareció un a buena aplicación, muy configurable, incluso compatible con el Apple Watch donde me avisaba el mismo reloj con sonido y vibración de la Alarma de preparación y la Alarma de fin de descanso, lo que lo hacía muy útil, hace aproximadamente dos meses dejó de hacerlo, escribí en el chat de atención al
Cliente, y no se ha solucionado el problema ni me han dicho si debo de hacer algún tipo de ajuste y nada, se limitan a decir que tienen conocimiento de ello, que los desarrolladores están al tanto, pero no han solucionado nada, me da la sensación que cobran la suscripción y se olvidan de lo demás.
