Stolen item!!
I contacted this company they say it was delivered I checked around the perimeter my neighbors houses everywhere! I can’t find my package anywhere!! The stupid delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house!!I demand a full refund for this product!! I’m so upset it was a gift!!! My order was ORDER #13083!

very poor customer services
I placed an order on the 3rd december and still have not received it. I have been emailing a lot over the last weeks and no one has come back to me. apart from the other day saying it had been shipped. i stipulated in my emails I needed it this weekend at the latest. No one came back to me. I wanted to give this as a present to someone for xmas but it now looks like the company has let me down. Very poor customer services.

The makeup is amazing. The quaility of the product is very high end. The packing is simple, yet really robust. The blusher hasn't cracked and ive been carrying it round in my handbag.

I cannot believe that I’m even getting asked to leave a review! I have yet to receive my order that I placed 3 weeks ago! I haven’t heard a word from this Company that my order has even shipped and I emailed this Company twice now asking where my order is and NO ONE has even bothered to answer me! They have taken my money but I have yet to receive anything! In this day and age, this is CRAZY!!!
