Service client au top, à l'écoute et réactif, merci Marina, lors de l'achat, je me suis tromper sur une fréquence, ils ont desuite expédier le nouveau accompagner des cables renforcer qui était pas prévu à l'origine et tous fonctionne très bien, je suis satisfait.
Seul bémol, devoir envoyer en Chine le colis... Ces chere, et surtout j'ai du faire 4 bureau de poste...

The unit is terrific as a phone booster. Unfortunately an intermittent fault developed. Calls answered promptly and a new unit sent to me arriving in a few days from China.

Je voudrai , comme je le disais dans celui-ci , exprimer ma reconnaissance et saluer le professionnalisme de Marina LAWRENCE qui s'est beaucoup impliquée pour résoudre les problèmes que j'ai rencontré lors de mon installation . MY AMPLIFIERS est tout à fait au point et je le recommande à tous ceux qui comme moi rencontrent des problèmes de réseaux mobiles !

They are good people to do business with, they advised me to try one of their amplifiers without risk because if it did not help they would refund me. We tried the amplifier and unfortunately our signal was too weak to be amplified. "MyAmplifiers" asked me to perform some checks to satisfy themselves I was using it correctly and agreed to refund me. I'm happy to leave a good review, the product was well made and the instructions were clear, customer relations are important to this company.

Extremely happy with our signal repeater purchased from My Amplifiers, we purchased a nikrans for boats for our ship of approximately 120 people so far it has worked extremely well and we have purchased a second unit to provide greater flexibility. Customer care was handled be Alice who was ultra efficient at answering questions and handling technical advice, the unit came from their supplier in China but arrived in the UK in a matter of days, can't recommend myamplifier.com more, thanks for your great site.

I had a very positive experience with Myamplifier after-sale service. It was efficient for solving a technical issue between my cell-hone and the amplifier. Marina was very professional in diagnosing the issue and proposing solutions. Definitely, I recommend !

Hi, we had a very complicated situation where we need a cell phone booster system at an overseas location. MyAmplifiers was extremely helpful in determining the system we needed and providing very competitive costs for the items. Additionally, they followed up with us on a number of times when we ran into some issues on getting the system on order. Overall, very pleased with the support that MyAmplifiers provided.

Very happy with the results with this amplifyer. I was sceptical about purchasing this but have no concerns as now have decent coverage for both mobile & internet in area that supposedly has no network coverage according to Orange. As Orange said there was no 3/4G coverage, they will not even sell you a package (even though I had a single bar on the phone) but SFR would sell me a 4G package. Now have 4-5 bars on my iphone! Alice was really helpful with Catherine promptly sorting out the import duty that I received in France.

J'ai commandé un appareil sur ce site. Malheureusement, il est arrivé avec 2 semaines de retard (de chine) et encore plus tard dans ma boîte. Je n'en avais plus besoin. J’ai donc renvoyé l'appareil et j'ai été remboursé.
Tous ces déboires liés à la livraison ne doivent pas vous faire oublier la qualité très professionnelle du service clientèle. En effet, dès le début de ma commande j'ai toujours eu un interlocuteur disponible et compétent à mon écoute. Même pour gérer les problèmes de livraison imputables à Fedex.
Je félicite tout particulièrement Catherine qui a tout fait pour comprendre et démêler la situation.

Bonjour. J’ai fait l’acquisition du répéteur LCD250 pour une résidence secondaire en zone rurale dans laquelle je n’avais aucun signal. J’ai à présent la 4G. C’est magique et simple a installer. Merci à Alex qui m’a parfaitement conseillé quand au modèle à choisir.

TOP, ils ont un grands choix de produits et Catherine du service client , nous a aidé pour trouver la bonne solution produit, en posant des questions et en nous demandant de faire un test réception avec notre GSM.
