J'ai eu à faire à plusieurs personnes qui se sont relayées en fonction de leur domaine de compétences pour me permettre d'exploiter au mieux les capacités de l'ampli acheté. Depuis 2018 My Amplifiers a changé ma vie professionnelle, par choix j'habite un peu loin des grandes agglomérations, et la couverture est souvent faible, surtout que mon bureau est dispo dans une cave, ou un garage à présent, grâce au système j'ai mon signal au maximum et je peux téléphoner et être joint tout le temps, j'ai eu un 800, j'ai aujourd'hui un 250 les deux sont indispensables

We purchased an amplifier in April 2022 which worked perfectly with Vodafone. In November 2022 we moved providers and discovered that 'Three' wasn't compatible with the amplifier. Marina at My Amplifiers went above and beyond to help find a solution. Excellent customer service.

Julia che è la consulente è stata simpaticissima e gentilissima e nonostante l'errore fosse stato il mio per aver acquistato per sbaglio un amplificatore sono state tutte gentilissime soprattutto la coordinatrice Catherine che mi ha seguito passo per passo per il reso rispondendomi sempre subito ad ogni mia richiesta per email.Sono rimasto davvero sorpreso perchè di solito quando si fa un reso un pò cambiano di umore... invece la signora sempre gentilissima e si era anche scusata per non essere stata brava a consigliarmi quello giusto. Ottimo sito ed ottimo era l'articolo acquistato anche se per errore mio.

Une maison isolé, une réception trop faible pour téléphoner ou avoir internet.
Pas besoin d'une parabole, satellites, abonnement, un ampli Myamplifiers avec installation facile et ça va bien mieux.
Un service de conseillers et un service après vente irréprochable, si ce n'est un peu lent, mais qui est de très bons conseils pour trouver l'appareil adapté à votre situation.

I hope sharing my experience may be useful to others. I have no words to explain how satisfied I am with this product. We live far in the woods, and cell service is pretty awful. After purchasing this device, however, we don't have any issues with our phone calls or the internet connection.

Le transporteur nous ayant a tort demandé des frais de douane, Catherine est intervenue très rapidement et nous avons été remboursés sous 2 jours. We purchased our amplifier for use on board my vessel. It is working very good. From zero signal to 4G in all cabins. Only issue we have is that we must keep the cabins door open due to steel walls. They only need to be abt. 10 cm open. If the doors are closed, we get 3G signals. It a big vessel with 4 floors and many cabins. In the offices we have constant 4G reception with 3-4 bars signal strength.

I have just moved to the Tesco mobile service. They currently do not support WIFI calling. As I live away from a mobile mask, this was going to cause me a problem. With your system I can now use my mobile anywhere in the house.
I just plugged it all in and now have a great quality signal.
