i used to buy clothes from TheOutNet and had no issues with anything. I sometimes got items that were worn or damaged, but was able to return to them. Customers' behaviors now are terrible, not just on TheOutNet but everywhere, especially for high price items. Customers wear with tags on, damage the clothes and return them. The stores still take them back and issue refunds. I feel sorry for the stores that can't make it due to damaged and lost clothes.
I'm really in chock - no refund
I'm really in chock. I've been a loyal customer for many many years. In January 2020, I made a big order and I also refunded a lot back to them. The Outnet received all the clothes back - and I was supposed to get a refund to my credit card, of course.
However, I still did not get any refund and they cannot provide me proper proof that they did the refund. It's more than 3,000 euro. A LOT of money.
I really hope they will step up and do the refund, but so far I really doubt.
So I you are planning to buy from them - don't expect to get your refund for clothes that you refund!!!!!!!!!

Theoutnet.com have charged me twice for one order and my account has been debited twice. I have called them and emailed them and messaged them on Facebook, sending them screenshots and explaining the problem. No one can help me - they say they can only see one order with one charge, whereas it clearly states on my bank statement that "The Outnet" charged me identical sums twice in a row yesterday. This not a small amount of money that has mysteriously disappeared from my account and will cause problems if not refunded ASAP. So frustrated that no one can help. No idea if I'll get the item I ordered (and paid for twice). Posting here in desperation for some kind of resolution. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous but offer no solution. Update 3 days later: Still no solution offered. The Outnet keep putting me off telling me "the team" are going to "investigate". There is nothing to investigate, I have provided them with clear evidence from my bank that they charged me twice and the Outnet have admitted they only have one confirmed order from me. I am staggered that a company can just, essentially, steal money from you, and offer no assistance in resolving the issue. Incredibly dishonest. Emails go unanswered - the only way I can contact them is by phone. SO disappointed. Day 6 update: they have dispatched my order and sent me two separate emails half an hour apart with the same order number and tracking number. It is beyond dispute that they charged me twice. I have provided them with this information and they still will not help. I will never, ever use them again and will warn everyone I know to avoid at all costs. A bargain designer item isn't worth the headache and drama.

This used to be a great online site to patronize. Unfortunately, not anymore!! Save your time and money and shop somewhere else. Packages come up missing with no valid explanation between The Outnet and UPS, the refund/investigation process takes months, customer service is extremely rude when you call to investigate. My card was charged and never received any merchandise weeks later. One customer service rep hung up the phone on me and my credit card company. She refused to explain why funds were being held and I had no merchandise. DO NOT shop here!!!

I tried to not use any rating stars or several minus stars but I wasn’t given the option. Proceed at you own risk. I ordered a coat from their US site, i received an order confirmation. Some 30 days later I never received the merchandise; they responded to only one email, and I’ve sent many, telling me the shipment was being returned to there distribution center, And I would not be receiving the coat and they will refund it once it was back to their facility. Well I filed a claim with the credit card company and I should receive my refund from the claim in another 2 weeks. They haven’t even responded to Paypal! Unacceptable and fraudulent!
Duious Quality Control
Shabby quality control reasonable customer service . Ordered two items of jewellery. The prices were very good, but when they arrived one of the items was not fit for purpose. It was a necklace with a very fine chain which was so badly knotted I could not undo it. Informed CS by telephone and advised to send photographs to obtain a discount which I did but then decided I wantedto return the item for a refund.to be fair they did organise a convenient courier collect service, but did not confirm their receipt of the item until I telephoned to check the progress of the refund. at this point they confirmed receipt and that a refund would be made in about 10 days.
The poor aspect about this transaction is that it was clear that there was no quality control of the item sent out in unwearable condition, there was no identification tag attached. Something their policy stated was required to process a refund.it seemed clear that this was an item returned by a previous customer as being damaged or unfit for purpose and then sent out again without being checked.so, in summary. Customer Service dealt with our concerns adequately. Though I would have appreciated an acknowledgement of receipt of the return before I had to telephone to check. But quality control of the goods was inadequate and was at the root of the problem in the first place. I will be reluctant to buy from them again.even though their prices are good and represented good value and a genuine discount on the regular price obtainable from the manufacturer/ supplier

This used to be a site with a great selection, great customer service and fast shipping. No longer. Since the Yoox Group acquired them, CS is far from good, and shipping is very slow in the U.S. They also used to contact you when an item you wanted was restocked/returned. No longer possible. Advise you to shop elsewhere unless you desire slow shipping, poor customer service and do not wish to return your items. They are pleasant on the phone, although seem to have zero power to do anything extra.

Clothing was not packaged well, took 2 weeks to arrive when it was meant to be express. Was not notified of any delays until I followed up after a week. UPS, the accompanying delivery service was equally frustrating to work with and tracking was time consuming and difficult to use.

Website Does Not Accept BLACKFRIDAY Discount Code in the USA
My first attempt with OUTNET, and it was horrible. Tried using the BLACKFRIDAY discount code, and a repeated error message popped up, 'This Promo Code isn't valid for your destination'. Hello OUTNET, Black Friday occurs in the United States of America! When I called for support, it took over 15 minutes to get through. When someone finally answered, I mentioned the issue with the code and she followed up by saying that she'd need my phone number so that someone could call me back. Not sure what kind of business this is, but it is not one with which I care to do business. Hung up, and deleted everything from my shopping bag. Too bad for you OUTNET...lost business. Fix your customer service!

I was extremely skeptical to place an order given the bad reviews but ultimately decided to give it a try. I am in Australia, I have purchased two times from them, both times the service was EXCELLENT!!! My order arrived each time within the week, great tracking service, items came beautifully packed and looked exactly like the photos. One of the items was the wrong size , UPS picked the item up free of charge within a few hours and the refund was issued a few days later.

This company is a total SCAM
This company is a total SCAM. They charge the amount, then they request an "authorization" from your bank for the transaction (which is never done in the United States) and then they do not ship your order because they "couldn't confirm the funds". In the meantime, the funds are debited to your account and you end up with NO merchandise and LOST time and money.
