I have not received my order yet. It was sent over a month ago. It says that is in transit.

Thank you for answering. I understand that delivery may be out of your hands, and I appreciate your help. I have still not received my parcel, and though this is not your fault, ordering may turn out to be expensive to the customer when the parcel is shipped via La Poste to another country.

Again, I appreciate your answer and shipping of a new item. However, La Poste has my new package in transit as well. I will not receive my gods in time, and maybe I won't receive them at all. I do think that your customer service is good, but I urge you to choose another supplier if possible. Though your handling of my order has been exemplary, I still am not likely to ever recommend buying from anyone using La Poste. Sincerely.

I called on Customer Service first, making sure my items were available. Alain was prompt, so helpful and kind. He communicated in English to make it simpler for me. I was able to order every item I requested, tried something new and will use this company again. Items took a bit of time, but that is understandable! Plan ahead and be ready for a super experience! I give My French Grocery 5 stars. I been a customer now for 3 years. If something is missing or cannot order Alain will send an email and let me know to order something different. I am and will be a repeat customer. Wonderful experience doing business with this company. Wish I could order pate and more of the items that I love. Hard to find French items in the states.

The items arrived quickly from France and were very delicious. All items arrived well packaged and without damage. It was like a French Christmas party with these delicious gifts.

La couverture de chocolat sur les biscuits Lu Pins que j'ai commandés avait fondu, collant les biscuits ensemble. Je suis très contrarié. Il est très difficile de le séparer. Les biscuits s'effondrent quand j'essaie. Cela me contrarie énormément. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.
