Le Transport UPS était abominable
Le prix de Puget olive oil was already very high.
Le transport était une catastrophe. Deux fois j'ai attendu quatre heures en vain qu'ils n'ont pas livré comme annoncé.
J'ai payé pour le transport et après pour le douane. UPS m'a fait payé une deuxième fois.
C'était compliqué et très cher.Une litre d'huile pour environ CHF 70.00

bonjour, effectivement (et malheureusement) des frais de douane assez élévés peuvent s'appliquer selon les pays. concernant le transporteur, nous privilegions ceux qui indemnisent rapidement en cas de de perte, vol, ou casse de votre commande. celà permet de vous rembourser rapidement en cas de prblème.

I first came in contact with this product one fateful day in a small market in Paris to cook for my dad in our AirB&B, as a way to avoid going out after a long day.
5 “small” tubes of these magic herbs… the most expensive condiment I have ever bought and very much worth every penny.
We now use these in almost every salad. They are a “cheat code” that elevates each of them to chef’s level (if I may say so myself) :}.
Service was great 👍, website works, shipping was perfect: time wise and packaging wise.
Super happy all a round. Thank you for making these available to purchase.

Madeleines de Proust
Voilà de très nombreuses années que je vis à l'étranger et pour moi, la boutique "My French-Grocery", est une corbeille pleine de "madeleines de Proust".
Je peux retrouver des produits qui murmurent avec nostalgie les mélodies agréables de mon enfance.
De plus,
- il est facile de commander; le site internet est clair et bien fait.
- Les commandes sont traitées avec diligence.
- Le paiement via "Paypal" est très pratique.
