Absolutely unacceptable experience. After just a couple of months of wearing my first pair, the sole began falling apart—clear evidence of poor quality, despite all the lofty claims the company makes about craftsmanship and durability. This is not what was promised.

Instead of taking responsibility, the brand had the audacity to blame the customer, all while still touting their supposed “high-standard finishing.” Let me be clear: there is nothing high-quality about these shoes.

To make matters worse, their customer service is shockingly unprofessional—responding with a passive-aggressive tone and showing zero willingness to help or resolve the issue. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Do not be fooled by the sleek design, polished branding, or so-called “manual craft.” It’s all a facade. I strongly urge others to avoid this brand.

I ordered the Cowboy shoes from Musk about 6 months ago. These shoes come with a premium price tag, so I naturally expected high quality and durability. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

After only a short period of normal use, a hole appeared in the sole — something I would never expect from supposedly “premium” footwear. I reached out to Musk’s customer service, hoping they’d stand by their product. Instead, I was told that the shoes were simply “worn out.” After just 6 months? That’s unacceptable.

What’s worse is the way they handled it. The blame was entirely shifted onto me as the customer. There was no attempt to understand my situation or offer a fair resolution. It’s clear Musk is more interested in selling an image than providing real quality or service.

Save your money — I won’t be buying from them again, and I suggest you don’t either.
