I've had issues with this company in the past - specifically, they advertised items as being in stock when they clearly weren't - and went against my better judgment and attempted to order an item from them once again. It's an item that typically has a waiting list and I just should have known better. Shame on me. Same experience. They sent me an order confirmation and quickly and conveniently took my money, but no communication after nearly two weeks. When I inquired into the status via email - you got it - no response. After reading other reviews, I see that this is not an uncommon pattern for them, so it's not just me. I just filed a claim with my bank for a refund as I am no longer interested in dealing with Musictoyz in any fashion. Be careful when ordering or avoid them entirely so as to sidestep any potential unpleasantries.

These guys put gear on their website for sale that they do not have, and may not be able to get. I placed an order, paid in full for the item (Pay Pal, fortunately) plus 2nd day shipping. Their system sent a confirmation and tracking number and said it shipped, but UPS had no record of it-only that a label had been created. My email asking about it was unanswered, so I called, only to find out that they did not actually have the item, and did not have any prospects of getting it. They refunded my payment immediately, but meanwhile no product nearly a month later, while sitting on my money the whole time. If it seems like they have something you want, be sure to confirm that they actually have it in stock.

I've made an order from about maybe 1.5 years ago. At first they kept telling me that they will get the guitar parts from the company and then they would send it to me. Couple months later they send me a tracking number which is almost after a year still showing that the parts never left that post office. Since I've been trying to contact them for a refund with no response what so ever. Avoid them at all costs. A fraud case should be opened about them if possible.

You can request the support as many times as you are willing to waste your time doing it. They still will not respond. WORST SELLER+HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered $750 worth of pedals from them, and have not received anything yet. It has been over 5 months now. I have been emailing them about every 2 weeks asking what's going on. Every time I do I get an automated response saying a customer service rep will get back to me in1 business day, but no one has so far. I've contacted my bank and am in the process of doing a charge- back to get my money back so I can finally get these guitar pedals I need. So frustrating!

I would give musictoys a 2 star rating based on the fact that they do offer the finest products. The down side is they don't list product availability when you order. They do inform you that they will process your order within a working day, but they donot inform you if they product is on backorder. When the product fails to arrive in a reasonable time, you can check your order status on their website. Only then you will find your order is on back order. So much for that. The real issue I have with them is that they offer support to answer any questions, and they send you an e-mail informing you that they've recieved your request and have assigned it to a representative that will contact you within one business day. Well they never contact you. And you can request the support as many times as you are willing to waste your time doing it. They still will not respond. Which in turn suggests that you as a customer are not important, and they will ignore you. It's too bad that this company which offers such great quality product and other services allow their so called support department to tarnish them.
