I ordered 2 of the queen camping air mattresses . I had not received so I emailed company. They told me to check around my house because tracking showed it was delivered . The P.O. showed left in/at mailbox. Mailbox at street. No way could a queen size bed be left there. I kept sending emails and they said it was an address error (my ASS) AND THEY SENT OUT 2 MORE..Now I remember getting 2 blow up pillow that I never ordered! That thing should not cost $60! Going to try to dispute, but probably just lost the money.

Definitely I don't recommend them!!! I really thrust the publicity about the compost machine but is so sad that was a FRAUD because the delivery took more than a month and at the end what I received was an inflate pillow, THAT'S NOT GOOD!!! And like a Scam Company the web site no works.

I ordered a twin inflated bed on a frame. It never arrived, but the company said it was delivered in my mailbox, which is about 5" x 4". There's no way it was delivered there. They told me to check my garden. I live in an apartment! Finally, I found this site and found out from other reviews that the cheap blow up U shaped pillow I got, that I wasn't expecting, was their item! I've started a claim with PayPal! Hopefully, I'll get my money back! TOTAL SCAM SITE!

Just like all the other people here I was a victim of this companies fraudulent dealings. I purchase a Kitchen Composter for $29.99 and guess what I did not receive it. I contacted the company and they claim to have sent the item and refuse to reimburse. When I checked my paypal account it turns out that the invoice reads Yuhan Industrial Co., Ltd not munch.store as advertise in Facebook. I am just at aghast at how facebook lets companies like this post advertisements. So..So disappointing. Don't fall for this is fraud. Lesson learn don't trust facebook advertisements.

I ordered the kitchen composter. What I was sent was 4 rolls of black plastic bags.
Now there is no munchs store online.
They sent an email - I responded, but there is no attempt to fix. Just a scam _ no recourse.

I actually would give them a minus score. I too received garbage bags instead of a mulch bin. Was offered 20% of my order. What a con. Sooooo angry. Is there any way of putting warning lights, codes etc on dodgy companies if there have been bad reviews on them. When shopping you really do not have the time to research every company.

I just read other reviews and unfortunately, my story is the same. I ordered the queen size travel cot for $29.99 and got the blow up pillow worth about $1
Can't believe they can get away with this and they are using Facebook to do it.

Via een viertal Facebook advertenties heb ik bij Munchs tot 4 keer toe een stuk electronisch gereedschap besteld. Bij betaling, via PayPal, zag ik al dat deze betaling naar China ging, naar Yunhan Industrial Co,Ltd.
Circa 4 weken na de bestellingen ontving ik een of ander plastic prulding, met een waaede van op zijn hoogst $2,=.
Uiteraard direct bij Yunhan aangegeven dat dat niet het produkt was dat ik besteld had, en of ze mijn geld maar wilde restitueren. De reactie was 4 keer hetzelfde: sorry maar je kunt het produkt terugsturen, op eigen kosten van ca $20,= uiteraard, of een restitutie van 20% krijgen.
Na hiermee niet akkoord te zijn gegaan, kreeg ik nog aanbiedingen van 40%, 60% en 80% restitutie, overigens wel nadat ik dreigde naar PayPal te gaan.
Tenslotte ben ik, na heel veel heen en weer mailen, tenslotte maar 4 keer akkoord gegaan met 85% restitutie, aangezien ik inmiddels a.d.h.v. de diverse reviews ook al had begrepen dat PayPal in dit soort zaken ook niet echt meegaand zou zijn m.b.t. het terugbetalen van mijn betaalde geld.
Conclusie na dit alles: zowel Munchs Store alsook Yunhan Industrial Co zijn grote oplichters met als enige doel mensen geld uit de zak te trommelen voor plastic prullaria van 0 en generlei waarde, en ik snap absoluut niet dat een bedrijf als PayPal nog steeds zaken blijft doen met dit soort firma's na het lezen van al de negatieve reviews.

Ordered an electric composting machine. Received trash bags instead. Ripped off! Link broken to "Track your shipment" and "visit our store" links in confirmatory email. I shall be following this up via paypal as it seems there is no way to get any refund through the company.

I ordered a multitool kit in June from this company and received the tracking number which traced the item to my local depot but no delivery ever occurred, I wonder now what they sent but thankfully I paid with PayPal and today have finally received a refund. Don't bother trying to purchase anything from them they just have bots answering emails.

I ordered an electric comfort camping cot, air mattress & pump combo on August 18, 2020. I never received this item and when I emailed them they did not offered to refund my account or send me a replacement. I was to contact the post office which I did and there was never a package left at my home address. Please do not order from this company, it is a scam: Munch's store.

Yet another victim of the scam, I also received a neck pillow instead of a blow up double air bed, the old saying if it's too good to be true it usually is rings about right here!
Will learn from this mistake.
