Pies were of very good quality
At first thought a little expensive but after eating thought definitely worth the extra expense as Pies were of very good quality and bigger than most. Plenty of meat filling and a lovely light soft pastry. I haven’t tasted the quiche yet but I’m sure they’re of the same quality. My grandson loved his minced beef and onion pie and me my steak and kidney. Will definitely purchase some more 😊

WOW and Delicious
WOW! I have bought many gluten free pies since having an intolerance two years ago and nothing comes close to the minced steak and onion pie I ordered from MAD K. The pie was full to the brim and the pastry is the best I ever tasted. My husband couldn’t even tell the difference! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I usually hate fruit pies- but omg madk fruit pies, I have discovered, are GORGEOUS!!
I already know how scrumptious their other pies and things are- but when you’re GF AND DF eating lovely produce like this is hard to find, but I don’t need to worry anymore!! Top stars, I fully recommend them and their pies- all stuffed to the brim with whatever you’ve chosen, and they are not small!! One is enough for one hungry person. Love love love MADK 🥰

Sorry but both the chicken and beef pies were incredibly dry and we both suffered from bad acid/indigestion - we have thrown the rest out

Good Morning Colm! We have replied to your product review, so we are now replying to your service review. Your order was received on the 3rd April and was made and dispatched on the 7th April. We noticed that there was a glitch in the postage charge so in good faith- as we would always do- we included some complimentary items to compensate for this. Also included was a note explaining this (hand written by myself - Jane - as we believe in a personal service). We note that none of this has been mentioned in your review. As for your opinion on the pies, you can clearly see from our previous 5* reviews, that this has never been the case. As we said in our reply to your other review placed this morning we are sure you understand that we wholeheartedly disagree with what you have said.

I have been enjoying pies and puds from Mum and Dads Kitchen for well over a year and I just love them all - taste, flavour and price all amazing!
Should mention, the pud was actually three different Christmas Puddings - wow!

The best pies
The best pies! Particularly love the lamb and mint and of course the award winning egg and chorizo.
Also, a family favourite is the chocolate brownies- divine!

Brilliant service and some of the best pies I've tried and I've tried a lot of pies. I would not hesitate to recommend. The pulled pork pie was absolutely mind blowing.

These pies are huge
These pies are huge, much bigger than a normal one & full of meat. Our current favourites are steak & ale and Lamb & mint. Only problem is I can’t stop eating them! Highly recommended
