Brilliant experience
I recently bought a home with Mullberry Homes and the whole experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with real care.

Wonderful house
When we came to see the house at the end of October, we had no intention of buying it — we just wanted to have a look. However, the very next day we decided to reserve it.
Apart from the house itself, which is truly wonderful, our decision was strongly influenced by the attractive terms of sale and by Rabia’s invaluable help in answering all our questions and assisting us throughout the process.

A dream journey made effortless - Thank you Faye and Karen!
We’ve just exchanged on our dream property. From the moment we reserved to the day of exchange, Faye and Karen have been absolutely amazing. Their support, knowledge, and kindness made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable.

Ravensden Park
My partner and I have recently completed on our property on the Ravensden Park Development. Since our initial enquiry back in February, we've had our fair share of ups and downs - in all honesty, this is to be expected. I very much understand things go wrong, and that this sometimes cannot be helped.
What I would say is, actions speak louder than words - and the Mulberry team we have dealt with, most recently, Baileigh, Brad and Graham, have been nothing short of fantastic.
Baileigh and Graham made the moving in process very slick and easy for us and really made us feel special.
Brad and his site team are working so tirelessly on the rest of the site, and they still make the time to help us out with everything we need, their care and attention is very much appreciated at the moment!

On Site Experience
We have been living here at Mulberry Homes in Whissendine, Rutland now for 14 weeks. We have had excellent service from the building site staff, especially Alfie who is always on hand to assist with any problems we may have had, no matter how small and is always polite and nothing is a problem. Even though we have officially been handed over to the Customer Care Team at Head Office now Helen, Jason and Alfie still care about their homeowners and go out of their way to make sure we are ok. thank you Mulberry for being a 'Caring House Builder'.

We completed on a property at Kingsbury Park in November 2024.We found the Site Managers Steve Kelly and Matt James to be very Helpful.Off course there were a handful of snags,but these were dealt with very efficiently by the site managers.

We bought a mulberry home and wished to write a review at how pleased we are with our property and the service we got and are still getting.

Professional and responsive
The sales team at Whissendine (Helen) were very helpful and supportive throughout the buying process, checking in with us and answering any queries promptly and clearly. Since moving in, there have been the inevitable snagging issues but these have so far all been dealt with promptly and without fuss by the site team - shout out to Alfie for that.
