We have recently purchased our property in Essex through Mulberry, of which has been a seamless experience - especially due to support provided by Francesca! Super helpful, always knew the answers to our questions and kept us informed throughout the whole process, even pre-empting our questions before we even knew we had them. I would definitely recommend Francesca and the team!

We reserved our Mulberry property in Houlton in summer 2024 and exchanged in October 2024, the process and experience with Karen and Faye during this part of the house buying was professional and seamless. Post exchanging, their service continued, as first time buyers it was quite a daunting process but Karen and Faye offered great advice and held our hands throughout the journey. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Post moving in, in February 2025, we’d like to give some recognition to the on site Mulberry team; Mark, George and Julian. We had some minor snagging issues in which the site team have dealt with extremely efficiently. Their communication with us has been consistent and professional.

Jody welcomed us at very short notice with professionalism and courtesy and was extremely patient. Jody understood our needs and had extensive knowledge of the different houses and options available. She was also hospitable and charming. It was a pleasure visiting the and meeting Jody, she is clearly an asset to your Brand.

We moved into our new home in March 2025 and we couldn’t be happier. Mulberry bent over backwards to make sure the place was ready in time for our arrival (which was fast, as well) and that our move process was as smooth as could be. Elizabeth in the sales office was a wonderful contact and super helpful in arranging things just-so. The house itself is wonderful, and while the rest of the estate is still under construction it is shaping up to be a great place to live already. I can see us staying here, very happily, for a very long time and a lot of that is down to Mulberry and their professionalism and quality. I'd also like to call out Steve and Matt from the Site team for helping out - they not only managed the house build and the site to the quality it is, but they even stepped in and watered our fresh lawn while we were away to make sure it bedded in as well as it could. We couldn't be happier!

Extremely well built properties - very pleased with our new home on a selectively small development in the country. We have been assisted every step of the way by our fabulous sales advisor Francesca Fincham at Kelvedon Rise, who has gone above and beyond in her support and assistance throughout the buying and moving process. She continues to be a valuable asset having moved into our lovely new home!

We heard horror stories about new builds but after seeing the build quality of the show home we put our trust into Mulberry homes. It has been a total pleasure buying a new home from Mulberry homes. Elizabeth delivered a five star service throughout the process and displayed unwavering patience as I made the various choices for the kitchen, bathrooms and other extras. Her reassurance and kind words throughout the process were much appreciated. The house itself is beautifully finished and presented, with outstanding attention to detail. Today I moved in and I have been so impressed by the kindness and service offered by the site staff, Matt James and Steve Kelly. Nothing has been too much to ask for. I recently moved to Houlton and can’t be happier with my new home! I want to say a special thank you to Karen, Faye from Mulberry and Kate from Band Hatton Button Solicitors, for working so diligently to get me through to exchange and completion. We had a very long, complicated chain and Kate and the girls at Mulberry went above and beyond.

he initial service we experienced with Faye & Karen was great, can’t fault them. They were professional, knowledgeable of the process and always happy to help us & answer any further questions.
We’ve been in the house for just over a year now & still have outstanding snags. We appreciate that a new build property comes with these, however with many layers of miscommunication throughout, this has meant our list remains unresolved. In addition to that, their response to these issues has been wholly unprofessional. Some instances have demonstrated that the property shouldn’t have been signed off, let alone handed over to ourselves a few even causing safety concerns.

Our overall experience has been disappointing & tainted by these issues, lack of consideration & care for the customer.

I personally can't fault the service and experience i had with Mulberry homes at The Grange, from the first moment Anne was brilliant and extra helpful and then Graham who helped us through the process. People will have different experiences but we had an easy time with all the aspects and the site manager Greg always went out of his way to explain and help. Its only day 3 in our Mulberry home and we are happy as can be after a stressful move (not mulberrys fault).

The sales team at Mulberry are approachable, professional and highly knowledgeable in their product. They are friendly, reassuring and have been in contact every step of the way in our purchase. Aftercare has also been excellent, with regular touch points conducted. Thank you Karen and Faye for a fantastic experience.

I recently visited a show home at The Meadows (Felsted) and spoke with Jodie.

I just wanted to take the time out to write this review as Jodie from the site sales team was superb, nothing was too much trouble, she was professional and simply gave the best service from any company we have recently dealt with.

From all the new homes we have seen, I would purchase from Jodie in a heartbeat.

Honestly we were so impressed with the level of service we received I felt I wanted to recognise this as far too often this is taken for granted hence this review!

The houses were simply gorgeous too!

Jodie has been so lovely to deal with whilst searching for our forever home at The Meadows, nothing is too much she's happy to help us along our new home journey 😊

From the moment we 1st visited the sight, my wife and I fell in love with this location. The attention to detail was really nice to see and very well thought of. Want to give a shout out to Helen, Victoria and Rabia who stayed on job throughout and really really looked after us. They allowed us to drop in and have a look at our plot so many times, they were so patient. They made sure all extras were taken care of in a timely fashion, they always kept us updated. It even felt like home before we reserved. They successfully sold us the dream and I’m glad they did. When we had to withdraw from our first buyers we thought we’d loose our dream home but the team gave us reassurance that it will all work out. Beginning of February we completed and the service and customer care is still amazing. From my family to yours, thank you Mulberry Homes.

Great after care experience from site managers Matt James and Steve Kelly in dealing with any issues that we’ve had. Friendly, helpful and easy to approach getting staff on site to look at problems quickly.

We’ve had a range of sales staff initially Leisa and Sally who were good then a chaotic number of replacements which made communication difficult but finally Louise who was supportive and answered all our questions.
