Great item but delivery took a very long time.

Good quick and efficient, that is what they are!

We uploaded a design to the website and then realised we could do a better design so called Muglamania and spoke to a really friendly guy who said that was fine and sorted it out for us. The delivery time was good and teh quality of the product is very good. I will use Muglamania again

Really pleased with the quality and printing of the mugs. Creating was a simple process, from creation to delivery took less than 7 days.

Saved considerable amount, by not buying from a photo processing lab...

Muglamania were recommended to me by a friend and I was very impressed by their friendly, professional and speedy service.

The end result (photo Mug) was just what I wanted.

There were a number of surprises ( All Good! )
1) The user interface(UI) of designing your image
2) The UI design features - Image build up is similar to Powerpoint
3) The company to Client (me) communication - Excellent
4) What that communication contained - A complete breakdown of design elements. Invoice etc. etc.

This Company has gone all out to impress! And that they do with every aspect of the entire process, in my view way above any expectations you may have - Very Very professional!

I ordered 21 mugs for an end of term present for my class, with a picture of them on each. The ordering was easy, and they were delivered in perfect condition a week later. I would highly recommend ordering from them again.

VAT was added at the end of the transaction which bumped the price up

i was notified after a few days that my order was out of stock and after a couple of e-mails a replacement was posted immediately at no extra charge - the service was superb and they really did everything they could to get the mug to me in time. would definitely recommend.

I initially ordered 4 mugs, they were even better than I expected. The quality was second to none and they were received almost immediately too. Within a week I ordered 6 more for friends. When I need anything like this I will go directly to Muglamania, there's no point shopping around, I don't think I will find any better. Many thanks for a top service.

A very quick service but the mug I ordered was totally the wrong colour. Discussion with customer services descended into a slanging match and I was very unhappy with the whole service.

I think one star is too good - would put no stars really. Steer clear.

- The colour was nowhere near the colour ordered. It wasn't about shades it was a totally different colour. I ordered red and I got a dark orange.

- I used a high quality 300dpi image which everywhere else came out red.

- Constantly being told by this company I am in the wrong and how can I expect the colour I wanted for such a cheap mug price. I think any product sold should be what they promised and you ordered, it doesn't matter what the price is.

I found this product very good. Plenty of different designs and sizes. Fast delivery followed easy ordering.

Excellent service from the time I placed my order. My order arrived very quickly which surprised me a little as I live in Southern Ireland, but Ihave had alot of orders from this company as I collect Dunoon mugs, so I should not have been surprised.The finished product was as nice as it looked on their web site and was in perfect condition and very well packed.
