Excellent service
I was unsure what the issue was with my Mud Daddy so sent in a few photos to the customer service team. They quickly identified what was wrong, sent a new part and my Mud Daddy is now fixed. I was really impressed with the service I received from Saima who was very helpful. I'm thrilled the problem was resolved so quickly and my Mud Daddy is working again in time for the muddy weather!

Service at it's best
I contacted mud Daddy last weds to report an issue with my mud mummy that I had purchased from themselves. Within 30 mins I had received a reply asking if a new pump might resolve the issue. I replied that I didn't think that it wouldn't make any difference as the container was letting out air. I had an instant reply asking me to return the faulty mud mummy with a pre-paid returns label. I returned the mum mummy last Friday (10th oct)& today (15th oct) I received my mud mummy fully working replacement. I cannot praise this company enough for their fantastic service. The best service I've received for a long time. As soon as I e-mailed them I had a reply straight back. It is 'service at it's best' and I can't wait to use my Dog mummy which I'm sure it will be great if the company are anything to go buy. Don't hesitate to buy from them

Super service
Been a customer for 18 months now, and love their products-towels, outside tap kit, but this week I'm blown away by their customer service. I made a query about my very well used 8l Mud daddy, and they've replaced not just the part I had a minor issue with, but the whole thing.

Update on my review
Initially had issue but prompt and very helpful response from gosia resulted in o ring being sent and received within two days. I find the mud mummy 8 litres really good at removing mud from a very hairy cocker spaniel. Quick towel dry and we're good to go. The 8 litre easily does two medium dogs. It is quiet which is good.
Overall, really useful appliance to have particularly for longer haired dogs.

Did not meet expectations
I had high expectations of The Mud Daddy after reading reviews, but I’m sorry to say these expectations were not met. Even pumped to max, the water trickled out and was pretty ineffective. I had to resort to a hosepipe to get rid of all the shampoo left on my dogs’ coat. I’m glad it suits others, but for me it’s been a waste of money, sadly.

Discount offers not a true discount as delivery charge then applied
Ordered mud mummy 8litres and had discount code but when applied, it took the total to under £50 and consequently I then did not qualify for Free delivery of £3.99. I find this a bit of a sketchy move. I contacted them but they responded by reiterating the above...not impressed! Regarding the response from mud daddy, nowhere on the web page does it make this clear, hence the "sketchy" comment.

Hi Mary, thank you for your feedback.
While applying a discount code may reduce the order total below the free delivery threshold, it still results in a better overall deal—even with the standard £3.99 delivery charge applied. In your case, the savings from the discount outweighed the delivery fee, meaning you still received a better value than paying full price with free delivery.
Our promotions are designed to offer customers flexibility: some prefer to save directly on products, while others aim for free delivery on higher-value orders. We do our best to make these options clear so customers can choose what works best for them.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and will pass this along to the relevant team for review.

My first ‘muddaddy’ shower off is a winner already and I haven’t even used it properly yet. I managed to forget to check out the thermal jacket at the purchase point so it didn’t arrive with the main product. But one email to the ‘muddaddy team and it’s all been sorted. A lovely person called Saima helped arrange for the jacket to be sent without any hesitation. I’m delighted with the quality of the ‘muddaddy’, even though there’s not much mud around just now, it’s been brilliant for getting the pollen off my dogs paws after our walks in the fields. Helps keep his seasonal allergies at bay already. Thanks ‘muddaddy’ you’re a winner in my opinion.

Hi Drew
Thank you for your feedback.
Please note that all our campaigns are designed to provide clear and accurate information, ensuring that customers know what they are purchasing.
In this case, the item appears to have been purchased by mistake, and as such, our standard returns policy applies. This includes a refund for the item itself, but not the initial delivery charge, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Please don't hesitate to contact us directly if you need more clarification.
Thank you for your understanding.

Dreadful customer service can't give 0 star
Dreadful customer service from customer service Plus the advert they have on Facebook currently is misleading. It says you can recieve a free insulated jacket for mud daddy if you purchase a bundle, which I did. But I'm not entitled to it because the system applied the code.
Edited to remove the person's name who gave dreadful customer service as per MudDaddy request!
Blocked on social for calling them out! I can post email receipt and screenshot If needed. The pits of a company. The worst customer service attitude I've had to endeavour for a online purchase.

Hi Paula, thank you for your feedback.
We’d like to clarify the situation regarding the insulated jacket promotion. To receive the free insulated jacket, customers must add it to their cart when purchasing a qualifying item. This step is necessary, as the system does not automatically include the jacket with eligible orders.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, only one promotional offer can be applied per order.
In your case, you purchased a bundle and applied the 20% discount code at checkout. This made the order ineligible for the free insulated jacket, as the system can only apply one promotion at a time.
Our FB add is clear and not misleading. It states that we currently have two separate promotional offers:
a free insulated jacket when purchasing a unit (with the jacket added manually to the cart), or 20% off when purchasing a bundle.
Many of our customers have successfully taken advantage of either the free insulated jacket offer or the 20% off bundle offer, depending on what suited their needs best.
Thank you for understanding.

Great customer service
I purchased a 5 litre Mud Daddy some years ago but having had hand surgery found I couldn't pump it and hold the dog. So I bought a Power Brush and it transformed the cleaning bit of walking a Spaniel!!
However, a year after purchasing the Power Brush, it quite suddenly stopped working. I contacted Mud Daddy asking for ideas on how to fix it and they sent me out a new brush!! I certainly wasn't expecting it so it was a lovely surprise.
So thank you S**** from Mud Daddy for being so lovely and sorting that out.
