I only went there because of the ex staff of ats Nathan and paul I wont be going back there any time soon because of paul the manager the manager got my tyres fitted there the tyre pressure light wont go off the dash took it back in he accused me i took it different garage an changed the sensors an he was getting aggressive saying his staff didn't break the sensor or touched it he can show me the footage.first I never accused your staff I came back to you because the tyre pressure light wont go off an if you can sort it.he said he has to diagnose it 40 pounds an any outher cost after that I said OK.i rang kwik fit explained the problem they said most likely under inflated tyres put more pressure at a garage an light has gone.paul the manager customer service is horrible the man never smiles i had to ring kwik fit they told me the problem without seeing the car i wont be using this centre again.i only come because of Nathan an the friendly paul sadly I'll have to go elsewhere

Dear Mohamed,
Please accept our apologies if after your recent visits to our Rochdale depot left you disappointed and unlikely to return.
When the depot fitted two tyres for you the fitter inflated the tyres to the correct listed pressure. Unfortunately, you returned with the TPMS light on. As is normal standard practise the depot scanned the sensors and the nearside rear came up as a duplicate sensor. This would normally indicate that this sensor had previously either had an issue or had been changed. At this point the manager tried to explain this and eventually another staff member was asked to be involved to help try and resolve and find the fault.
The following day you rang the depot and asked if you could come down so the issue could be investigated further, as the depot was booked up an appointment was made for 2,00 pm. Soon after you contacted the depot again and informed them the fault had been sorted and you explained how.
We fully appreciate your disappointment and we apologise for any inconvenience. But I can assure you that the depot was just trying to identify the issue and rectify it.

Friendly staff, easy booking service.
Booked my car in for a full service. It was an easy process to book online and then subsequently re arrange the appointment when it was no longer convenient. They sent me text reminders which is useful when you’re a busy full time working mum! I dropped the car off and they messaged when it was ready. Highly reccomend their services. Friendly approachable staff and no nonsense from them. Serviced all the cars in our family, impeccable service.

Really happy with the service from Mr Tyres. I had two front tyres fitted along with a 4-wheel alignment, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. Great service, friendly staff, and I was very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Mr Tyres! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Expert Service!
Nathan diagnosed the alarm on my dashboard lights and within a week replaced a faulty sensor. All for a reasonable price. The main benefit however, was having a trustworthy and expert technician take care of an annoying problem in a competent, efficient and speedy manner.
