The beds were good value for money. They arrived very quickly only four days after delivery. The delivery driver gave plenty of notice and a one hour time slot which was great. The beds took a while to put together with all the fixings but it looks like they are very sturdy because of this. Good illustrations in instructions making it easy to do.

assembled easily. need to extend shelf at the top of the unit that can be easily done. a little puzzled at where the black plastic piece fits in-step 11 of 15, and how to stop the keyboard tray coming completely out the housing. Answers to the 2 questions above would be useful to get the product up to 100% .

The bed itself is of very good quality. It's sturdy and strong. The bed came in three boxes and was well packed. The only slight gripe I had was the instructions could be slightly better and the pieces more clearly identified. other than that the young lad is made up with it.

We bought the Oak Cabin Bed and have to say it is of excellent quality, it looks fantastic fully built, easy to build and easy to follow instructions. I'd highly recommend Mrsflatpack to everyone looking for quality products at the right price.

This sideboard was value for money and well packaged. It was delivered sooner than I had expected ,but the communication from the company and driver were excellent. The instructions to assemble were clear and easy to follow and completed on my own in a couple of evenings.

I researched several products(for my sister) similar to this desk. They were various prices and quality. I decided on Mrs Flatpack and am very happy I did. The quality is very good and the size is great.once closed, this is a piece of furniture that can happily sit in your lounge and not look out of place. The storage inside is perfect for my sisters requirements.

Excellent customer service and delivery! Sturdy - well made and as described - rock solid.The only gripe is that the steps are extremely narrow and they are positioned in such a way that the width of the step is facing upwards making it uncomfortable to tread on. Would be more practical if they were designed flat similar to household steps?

So bed arrived with no instructions, back board and most importantly stickers!

I called them up and brought to their attention as I was really disappointed. A lady kept on interupting me whilst I expressed how upset I was with this service and felt for upset that there will be good will gesture. Straight away jumped down my throat and said no. Got really personal to point where I explain how it caused inconvenience especially trying to sort out my 3 little ones bed and found it upsetting that one bed was completed and as a mother it wasn't a nice feeling. So her response was that you chose to have 3 children! I was shocked and appalled by this and expressed that and she hung up.

I then called up and heard her shouting in the background and was then shouted at by someone else then he hung up.

So unprofessional! You can tell it's a small company by the lack of unprofessional manner that runs through the company.

It didn't have to get so bad if first of before anything apologise and show sympathy and then followed by solutions. I as a customer would have been happy with that.

I ordered the Calder High Sleeper Cabin Bed for my 6 year old son. The order went through without hitch and in time. The service is great - I was even invited to attend the factory to view the bed I wanted before ordering!

The bed itself is big - very big - and takes a while to build (around 6 hours or so with help) but the instructions are very detailed.

Once built it is VERY sturdy and of a good quality. The only downsides were with some of the edges being a little sharp - especially the steps. However, on the advice of the company, a bit of light sanding with fine sandpaper on the sharp edges soon sorts that out with very little effort!

I highly recommend!

Ordered 2 wolf beds for my children 11 and 14.
Great quality products, took a fair while to put together but thats because they have all the right fixtures and fittings to make a solid bed.

Kids love them and they have transformed their small bedrooms affording them the space they need.

Delivery advised a possible few weeks but came within a week.

Would definitely use them again, great customer service too when i had a query

Ordered a 'Bourne High Sleeper' on a Sunday afternoon, it was delivered on Wednesday. On unpacking the boxes it soon became clear that it was a quality item, it did take a few hours to assemble but once complete it was a solid and safe bed. My 7 year old son absolutely loves it.
Would recomend this company's products to any one, they beat the bigger highstreet brands on price, quality,delivery and comunication.

I bought my daughter a Bourne cabin bed for her Christmas present so that I could cut down on the floor-space used by separate pieces of furniture, giving her more room to play. The Bourne combines bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk. There's even a handy space behind the wardrobe to keep large storage boxes full of spare bedding, towels etc: ideal when storage space is at a premium!

My brother and I assembled the main structure between us in just over 3 hours, leaving me to hang the wardrobe doors and build the drawers the next day. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of assembly. The picture instructions were very clear and thorough. All the holes lined up too... most reassuring! The materials used and the amount and quality of fixings provided lead to a very sturdy finished product which I am sure will last for many years to come.

In short, both I and, more importantly, my daughter are absolutely delighted with my purchase. Thank you Mrsflatpack!
