Beautifully furnished, stylish, well-stocked, spotlessly clean apartment with sea views in an excellent location. Everything you can think of needing on a break was provided. We particularly appreciated the large fluffy towels, comfortable bed, beach mats and towels, hooks in bedroom and bathroom (so often not thought about by other rentals), all the extra bits in the fridge and cupboards with an honesty purse!
We had breakfast on the balcony with sideways sea view and ate/drank out at some of the many recommendations provided by the host. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I honestly can't think of a bad word to say about this gorgeous apartment 50 yards from the sea. Go there!

Hands down the best place to stay in Brighton. The location is absolutely spot on, being a stones throw from the heart of Brighton and even closer to the beach, whilst being far enough out of the way to be quiet in the evenings. The decor is fabulous, making the flat feel both decadent and homely at the same time. Don’t even get me started on how comfy the bed is!! The balcony is a lovely addition and perfect for a beer or a gin in the evening, as the golden light floods the beach at the end of the road. Mrs Butler (Jaclyn) is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across as well, even giving us restaurant recommendations and sharing her local knowledge with us. This truly made the stay extra special. Will definitely be staying again!! Can’t recommend Mrs B’s enough.

The flat is seriously cool. Second time we’ve been. Very cosy, spotlessly clean and a brilliant location. The host, Mrs Butler is so helpful.

The property is every bit as gorgeous as the photos look. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfy and warm, a gorgeous kitchen and living space and the bathroom is so chic! Every need has clearly been carefully thought of.

The location is perfect for sea walks and a stroll into the vibrant city of Brighton, and it’s clear to see Mrs B is very proud of her work - as she should be! Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous building. Great comms prior to our stay. The decor is lush and everything we need on hand. So much to do within a few mins walk you really can’t go wrong. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a perfect location - an easy walk into either Brighton or Hove. Beautifully decorated and lovely little touches like the honesty bar and chocolates on the house - I have no doubt that we will return!

What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, stylish and so very comfortable. Couldn’t fault it. The balcony has a small table and chairs with a view of the sea. Walking into Brighton was also a joy as by doing so, you get to see the enormous number of restaurants, bars snd cafe’s on the beach. On top of that there is a pub right next door!

We had the loveliest weekend staying at Mrs Butlers. Excellent communication from first contact to arrival and stay in Brighton. The bright and airy accommodation is of a very high standard and was spotlessly clean throughout. An added bonus is the balcony with lovely sea view - perfect for relaxing after a busy day out and about. We were very impressed with the selection of food and drinks available on arrival. There was a really good selection of drinks in the fridge with clear price list. Extras included first aid kit and toiletries in the bathroom as well as creams and lotions in the bedroom, even a disposable razor. Plus points for the mirrors and lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom, which were great for putting on make up. Mrs B really has thought of everything. We will definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Mrs Butler's needs more stars than 5. We had our first holiday in Brighton, staying here and the apartment is awesome. In fact we are already looking at a return visit.

Lovely seaside view from the balcony and ideally situated to explore Brighton and Hove . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to friends and family . Mrs Butler is an excellent host full of lots of helpful recommendations before and during your stay which really does help you make the most of your break . 5 stars and more !!!!!!!

Mrs Butler is a beautifully designed, well planned out, spacious 1 bed apartment in the heart of Brighton/Hove. Perfectly located just off the main seafront with a small terrace with views of the sea which is just perfect. Great to people watch over a coffee before heading out to explore what Brighton has to offer. We only had one evening here which was a shame as the property and location was perfect with a wonderful comfortable bed. We can not recommend this place more and shall be returning! Mrs Butler herself recommended many great restaurants which we visited and each one was unique and exactly as described. A great whole round Brighton experience at Mrs Butlers! Thank you xx

I have. Just spent 2 nights at Mrs Butler Brighton and it was brilliant. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very well equipped. The location is very central with the sea being a 2 minute walk away. I will definitely be going back …soon

An absolute 10/10!!!!

From the minute my trip to Brighton with Mrs Butler was booked I was immediately taken care of with brilliant list of dining and activity recommendations. The top notch service is non stop!

Upon walking into the flat, I was immediately struck by how charming and clean everything was. Even better than the photos! Cute decor touches, thoughtful snacks and pantry to buy from, all the supplies you need to enjoy day and night in Brighton. I can’t recommend the Mrs Butler experience enough!!

Thanks for a perfect long weekend. Will book again!
