After making contact with the supplier I was promptly supplied with a replacement spare part which was delivered quickly tans in good condition when received- many thanks to Liam who resolved this issue for me - I revised my review and rating as a result of his help
I ordered three spare parts for my mower via the web site - the ordering and payment process was good with parts delivered promptly.
However one of the items was delivered with damage that makes it useless.
I have contacted the company to explain and ask for a replacement but so far (18daysago) all I have received is a automated e mail response.
The damaged item is still in its sealed bag - even allowing for COVID related impacts the lack of response is disappointing and unreasonable.

Quick dispatch and very good customer service. I would highly recommend this company as the first port of call for spare parts.

Hi I ordered the part for my mower on 19/08/2020
I still have not received the part or an explanation as to why its late.
If the part is out of stock, I would like a refund please.

Superb, delivered quickly

The original part was what I deemed a good thing but after paying 3 times the price of the object for postage , china here we come, silly Brit firms need to adapt or loose the market!

I was impressed with the comprehensive descriptions of the items which enabled me to find exactly the one I wanted. This may sound inconsequential but I had already been on several sites and wasn't sure that what I was looking at was what I wanted. Very quick delivery too. More than satisfied with the service and with the part.

A great selection of spares that I didn’t even realise were available and has brought some old machines back to life that I had originally wrote off as unrepairable. Excellent find.
