Brought a product and item never turned up
Money still went from account contacted them few times apparently nothing was received even though payments still went through.
Do not buy from these guys

If I could give it negative stars I would. Other than the guys actually doing the physical work that are not affliated with Move hub. From the start I was promised ease of moving it was a mess. The night before they had not gotten my inventory correct. I even sent pictures and very detailed lists of items on every floor of our house all with additional boxes and totes added. I listed each piece of furniture. They had all the info. I had been on the phone till 11pm trying to get things straightened out. When finally I thought we had and I made the "final,complete pay via electronic check as they dont take credit cards, only to be woke up at 7:30 am by someone else that It would be 10,000 instead of the 8,000 I was told the amount would have to be paid in a postal money order venmo or cash. They would have brought a semi had I not said it wont fit. I was told so many different things by different people. No one communicates with each other in this so called company. I would suggest asking the local first grade class to run your move than move hub.

Absolutely bullshit scamming company. They are NOT Australian like they claim. They sent my purchase from China to Australia with my street address correct but I live in NZ and they sent to Australia. They refused to do anything about it (and Australia Post is a joke and won't let receivers change anything or give them the ability to contact them.) After chasing it around Australia for a month with no help or communication from Moviehub, it finally was returned to sender. I've had no communication from Moviehub for weeks and finally after emailing them for the hundredth time, they tell me that my package can't be redirected to NZ only in Australia. My tracking shows it returned to sender so its not even in Oz. I'm trying to get my money back, but not holding out much hope for that either. Do not trust this company, it is absolutely a scam.

Instructions have no installation guide nor how to navigate system and utilise remote , worst is graphics are very poor - yes old games but I still have originals and these are really bad with glitches like music lag color off stretched text also a lot of games repeated as different country versions on it - over priced for what it is

First one was great, decided to buy the 2 for 1 deal. Gave one away and kept the other. About a week or so into using it, it started to sound like a jet engine. Emailed them, sent off a video etc, all great they sent out a replacement...
The replacement they sent was worse. I turned it on one morning for my little one to watch and i started hearing crackling noises. Realised it was the projector sparking at the power point. I got little one out of the way and unplugged it as quick as i could.
Multiple emails have been sent since September 2025 but they are no longer answering.

Don’t purchase from this company .
Purchased retro stick pro with 30,000 games for $100

All you get is 2 controllers and an empty memory stick.

In small print on the box when received it says the stick has nothing on it .

Save yourself heartache and stay clear false advertisement.

So, on their website it said, "Free Screen With Every Purchase!". I didn't recieve my "free screen" so I emailed Moviehub their reply was,

'It appears there was a technical error on our website which incorrectly displayed a free screen with your order. We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused.Unfortunately, we won’t be able to honor the free screen offer, as it was displayed due to a technical error and was not part of your actual purchase.'

So, yeah...... I don't recommend buying from them...

Biggest waste of money they should be removed from selling this to anyone. Absolutely disgusting what a scam

Absolute scam! Purchased the game consoles and never received it 2 months later. Customer service ignore you, sending generic replies asking to wait longer, they don’t provide valid tracking information. This Company falsely advertises they are in Australia, when they drop ship from CHINA! Had to request a refund through Afterpay after a month of emails and being ignored. AVOID!!!!

Low quality products made in China that do not work at all do not purchase from this company its a scam they'll send you some budget tech that barely works for double the price you can get off shien or temu

Absolute rubbish do not waste your money. Go into games and can’t get out of them, the graphics are terrible and the games are not what they advertised on the ad, they look like the rejected games from the earliest days of gaming. Total rubbish. I’m sending mine back for a refund.

Gamestick worked twice and then died, had frustrating AI bots sending me mindless useless advice. No resolution to the problem, 20000 games not 40000 same as other reviews here.

Don’t believe the hype .. received stick with 23000 games and not the promised 40,000. 1 of the flimsy controllers doesn’t work. Graphics are crap and I can’t read Chinese. Talk about an excitement killer

Ordered 20th Jan with express postage paid (4-6days) as I thought it was coming from Queensland Australia. 16th February still not here and many emails later they are still giving me the run around. Was apparently cleared at chinas customs weeks ago but still nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Website apparently AUS company takes a few days to arrive! It came from China and took a couple weeks.
Item arrived unpacked, brand new batteries plugged in DOES NOT WORK on brand new t.v! Tried on our other 4 t.v’s does not work. Asked for a refund the email replies are always they will get someone to help me! I don’t want help I want a refund.

Do not buy from this site. They have no ABN and are a scam. Nothing works and when you ask for a refund they just keep sending you the same email over and over. I have already put a complaint into fair trading over these scammers

Like many have stated, would also give a zero rating. Item took longer than expected and when it arrived, the gaming side of things did not work. Projector only worked for a couple days, then wouldn't update. Havnt been able to use since. Have tried contacting someone, but keep getting fkd around to the point where they no longer now reply back to my emails. Please DO NOT fall for the same scam.!!!!

When placing order shipping method clearly stated says Aus Post 5-8 business days. It’s been 2 full weeks and only tracking I’ve received is some international tracking from Yanwan China, which it stayed processing for over a week until I emailed. I asked to cancel since item had not even left depot and website clearly has misleading shipping info and was told under consumer law they have obligation to still send it. Where’s our rights as the consumer when they clearly have misleading info? 2 weeks later still no idea where it is and reading other reviews IF I do ever eventually receiving it it’s probably not going to work as promises. Will be taking it up with ACCC. Don't buy from them
