Happy to recommend!
I was a little concerned about ordering a car over the phone, as it was something very new to me.
However, Chris explained everything very clearly and I found the process to be very simple.
In less than two hours I had received a fair valuation for my current car based on photos and information I supplied , and had ordered a new one!
I would happily recommend MSG to anyone eligible to use them.

What made my experience perfect was stephen freestone, he was very patient with me from my first enquiry which was about late July till date endured the dilly dallying from spec and trims on the car model and was polite all through till I was closed, took about 3 mins to do an after sales call discussing with me in a very cordial way and setting expectations on delivery and communication going forward, was treated well and I had to specifically mention his name

Reliable, trustworthy company with genuine savings.
Prices are more than competitive, makes a new car the same price as a used 1 year old. Team are excellent and communications were great. I was a bit nervous about not physically going into a garage and signing things but purchase and trade in were seamless. Trade in slightly less than a high street garage was offering but the saving on the new car eliminated any loss. Thanks to Lewis and Karolina with holiday cover from Jessica. You are all very patient. Great company and does exactly what they say they will.
