Organised seamless transaction. Delivery on time.

Smooth, simple transaction.
Tyre was ordered, email confirmation sent, delivery update followed a few days later.
Tyre turned up a week after that.
No issues at all.
I wasn’t expecting a next day delivery service, so more than happy with my experience.

I couldn't find a better online price at the time than through moto-tyres. Delivery took over a week as the tyre was being shipped from Germany - something I wasn't aware of at the time of order - but once in the hands of DPD the last leg of the journey was trackable. If speed of delivery isn't a concern then moto-tyres is definitely worth considering.

Called out the blue looking for tyres to be delivered.
I couldn't get these tyres anywhere else as a set.
Last thing on a Bank Holiday & Chris was really helpful & managed to get my tyres onto the courier van & delivered to my door.
Excellent service, just really nice guy.

Took them two months to deliver both the tires I ordered. One came straight away, the other took months to arrive and they had to change the tire I ordered because they didn’t have it in stock. Even though it let me purchase it on their website and they gladly took my money. Chased them up for weeks left in limbo. With some of the worse customer service I’ve ever had. Plain dangerous too as it was winter and tires I had on my bike at the time where made in 2001. I ordered 2 metzlers and ended up the rear one being a heaundi weeks later which was actually cheaper then the one I originally ordered. Chase to chase them up to refund the difference and in the end they only gave me 5% the original price after making me wait weeks to get my tires changed in the depths of winter riding and commuting. Will never use moto-tyres ever again. Wish I could give it a big fat zero as I spent more time chasing them up then I did using the tires. Sold the bike in the new year of 2022.

Ordered tyre and was kept informed along the way. Delivered by DPD which are without doubt the best, managed to inform driver to deliver to a specified neighbour 30 minutes before delivery.

Great shopping experience ,great price only downside delivery a little slow

Contrary to what the name suggests, this is not a UK based company. Several attempts to pay using PayPal failed leaving only a long, protracted process to pay by card. Only then do you find out the delivery date is 2 weeks away, but don't expect to receive them on that day. Apparently mine have not yet been released by customs (the first I knew they were coming from abroad!) with no suggestion of when I can expect them to arrive.
Their prices are cheap but be wary.

Easy to use website, excellent range of product. But most importantly, absolutely outstanding customer service. I don't remember last time I was so impressed by company efficiency & services. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sorting out my own error in the most impressive, fast & efficient way. I could not be more satisfied.
10:10 recommendation to anyone who wants to be treated like a valued customer.

The reason I only give 3 stars, is it takes around 3 weeks from order to delivery.
I have used moto-tyres.co.uk twice now, they are one of the most competitive companies I have found. But the tyres come from Germany, which I wasn`t aware of (the first time) until my order was placed, tyres get held up at customs (Brexit?), so not moto-tyres fault.
So as long as you are not in a hurry, I can recommend moto-tyres.co.uk.

Not UK stock, expect 3 week minimum wait if you get tyre at all.
No communication , terrible.

ordered tyre,paid for it,not arrived,no communication,will not use again.
I will now pursue to get refund.

Currently still waitng on a tyre ordered 15 days ago which tracking shows hasn't even been picked up by courier yet (estimated delivery should have been a week ago). Emailed office to query this three days ago and had no reply, not impressed.

I am still not received my tires for my bike and I am not happy about it 7 days late enz a wooden recommended on the future serwis

Excellent service and price - very good communication throughout.

Tyres seem to be in short supply locally plus that bit too expensive. This now is my second purchase from moto-tyres and like the first time, ordering to delivery went smoothly and I was kept well informed of the progress my order was taking. I really can’t say better than that other than it’s a pleasure to deal with a company that puts customer satisfaction first.
