Evan was really helpful and professional. It was a complicated mortgage as we went from a single to joint ownership plus additional borrowing. Evan was great and handled everything.

Can’t recommend enough!
I cannot recommend Evan Grosshans at the Mortgage Advice Brokerage enough. I found him extremely approachable and very diligent. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the marketplace and a unique insight given his previous job experience. All my queries were answered in a timely fashion and I had complete confidence in his ability to recommend the most suitable deals for me. He was very familiar with my line of work and the challenges it can sometimes present when applying for mortgages. I will definitely be using him again when the time comes.

George, as always is such a great and friendly Mortgage Advisor. We have been using him for 10 years now and makes remortgaging so much easier and always finds us the best deal. I have recommended George to many friends and family and all are extremely pleased and will.always go back to him.

1st time buyer recommendation
As a first time hopeful buyer going through a separation, I was nervous and easily overwhelmed at multiple pain points of applying for a mortgage to buy my first home.
Evan guided me through every step with his open, informative helpful approach.
I couldn’t have been the easiest to deal with, often being quick to panic, but Evan was a true pro and got me my mortgage and kept me calm. A true professional with the patience of a saint. I thoroughly recommend Evan.

Good Services and Great Communication
Our experience with Mortgage Advice Brokerage has been fantastic. Carol-Anne has been of great help to us so far with getting our mortgage approved and going out of the way to obtain employment references. She has kept us updated every step of the way and always responds to emails and any questions promptly. I can surely say we will continue to use their services and recommend them to our friends.

Evan was brilliant from start to finish…
Evan was brilliant from start to finish me and my partner were struggling to get a mortgage due to our poor credit scores but Evan was great and managed to sort us out, would highly recommend very professional and best in the business, have recommended his services to others now and they have all said the same.

Great all-round experience
George is very reassuring and helpful. It made the whole process pain-free and easy. Moving house can be very stressful so we really appreciated how easy they made this part of the process. He gave us lots of information so we always felt that we knew what was going on, which was really helpful.
