Ella Tuck was on our side from start to finish, it took the better part of a year to find our dream home but it never felt like we were a burden to her. Ella was extremely responsive to all of our queries and left no stone unturned. As first time buyers there was a lot we didn’t know, Ella took her time to explain each step thoroughly. The mortgage was offered within 2 days of applying, and we’re happy with the rate provided.

Mortgage Medics were amazing. Everything regarding my remortgage was explained in great detail. I was kept up to date with the progress all the way along. It was always very easy to speak with someone on the telephone. I felt as though I was the only person they were dealing with and nothing was too much trouble. Always very patient and friendly.
