Fantastic product. Fitted perfectly almost better than the original and easy to fit.

Understandably ordering from Spain takes time but i found communication great . They always reply to email and keep you updated.

The morette team i see get a lot of grief from the posting system but they use UPS and they were also great .

I am always honest with my reviews and i would give them 10/10 for product and service.

I messaged them via their eBay shop in October I believe, to ask them if they still sold a specific version of headlights I was after for my car. They confirmed they did indeed still sell them (and a 2nd different version) and that they even prefer those headlights themselves over the other version.
I informed them those were the ones I definitely wanted when I was in a position to order them the following month.

Month later I messaged again to confirm I wanted to order and again reaffirmed the version I wanted. They again said that's fine and to leave a note attached the order stating what version I wanted. I ordered, attached the note, paid and again messaged to confirm I had just paid and attached note. The price was 440 + 70 postage. They told me they'd aim to dispatch them between Xmas and new year.

2nd Jan rolls around and hadn't heard a peep so shot them a kind message saying happy new year etc and asking for an update. Was told they're back after Xmas on Jan the 8th. I waited a week then chased them up again. They inform me that within a week they'll be done and dispatched.

I did indeed get a tracking label and waited patiently. I was hit with an additional £87.87 import tax after day 3 of UPS moving my parcel towards me from Spain to the UK. I pre paid it the second I got the UPS email asking for it to help speed delivery along. In total 7 days pass and the package arrived.

I open it up and they've sent the wrong headlights, sign. I instantly message them and as an apology they said they would send the correct headlight masks and missing indicators free and in a parcel valued under €99 so I avoided a 2nd import tax. Great. I thanked them and was impressed at this response. How wrong I was.

Then nothing. I waited patiently and then got frustrated so kept checking in for updates. Eventually they replied saying lights were getting collected that evening and provided me a tracking link. This was like a Thursday. By Monday the tracking hadn't changed from "created a label". UPS didn't know anything about this so they clearly hadn't collected it.

When I called him out on clearly giving me lies he started to say all sorts of nonsense excuses. Things like "the lights haven't arrived yet"? What? I thought Morette MADE the lights? Clearly not. Then he moved the goal posts again and then ultimately flat out refused to honour his original promise of just sending the correct masks etc unless I sent the incorrect ones back - but then I'd lose that £87 import tax as it would have counted for nothing and I wasn't prepared to do that.

I told him and have asked them 20 times why he can't just honour the original agreement to send me the replacement parts so I can swap them myself. He started then saying he won't do anything until I send them all back. I've been stuck in an eBay stand off since because I'm not returning these and losing import tax money and he's not willing to honour his original apology deal to make good on things.

It's been an absolute farce. It's easily the worst experience I've ever had with a company (im mid 30s). Seriously please do NOT give them your business. They're an absolute bunch of cowboys, liars and ignore basic customer rights. It's infuriating. I wish I had used my credit card now so I could have just got my money back. I still might when eBay finally make a decision but honesty, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered the lamps on October 28, 2023. They arrived damaged and did not match the order. After contacting Morette, I returned the parcel. Morette assured that a new shipment would be sent back after a week, and that's where the problems started. Of course, after this time there was no information about the shipment. I received a reply to the second/third email (I was patient). Every promised deadline was missed and of course there was no contact again for a long time. When they wrote back, they only apologized and came up with other reasons for the delay. At the end of the year I was assured once again that the parcel would be delivered. It's mid-January, they haven't replied to my message. I am reporting the matter to the European Consumer Center in Spain. I warn everyone against shopping in this company. I wasted my time, I have no lamps and no money.

After waiting several weeks for a shipping confirmation of the headlights I had ordered, I decided I would contact Morette about my order. When I contacted them I was assured my item would be sent out the following week and it was delayed due to Brexit. This turned out to be nothing more than an excuse that they would use a further three times. Fast forward another 4 weeks (now totaling around 12 weeks since purchasing the item) I am still yet to receive confirmation the item has been shipped, let alone the actual item itself. Upon contacting them again I was told it had been shipped and was at customs. Unfortunately, this turned out to be another lie, as when I asked for the shipping number to confirm this via tracking, I was again ignored. Fast forward another week and still no sign of a tracking number or the item. I contacted them again for an update to which I am now told the item was never shipped due to a friend of their mum passing away, Even though 5 days before they said that the item had been shipped and was at the border. When I challenged them on this lie I was met with countless apologies and an offer of a refund. I took them up on this offer but again was ignored for weeks without receiving the refund, and again lied to by them when they did respond. They told me "the refund was being processed" and kept up with this narrative for 2 weeks until eventually, I had to contact my bank to get the refund from them. Please, please be aware of this poor company when ordering. Do not trust them.

I APPRECIATE IT’S A LOT TO READ BUT IF YOURE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THESE ROBBERS THEN READ UNTIL THE END!!

Avoid this ‘company’ at all costs unless you like losing your money!!

I placed an order for 2 sets of headlights on the 29th of September 2023 and was told they’d be ready and shipped within 5 to 7 days.

Never heard anything after 2 weeks so chased it up to be told that they’ve been ‘flat out busy’ and it should go out the middle of next week.

Waited another week and was told ‘sorry been busy’ and that I’ll be sent the tracking number tomorrow, heard nothing from them so messaged again asking for the tracking number, waited 3 days for a reply this time to be told ‘it went last night, I’ll get you the tracking’

2 days later - yep you guessed it, no tracking number.

Messaged again asking for tracking, only to be told they’ve made a mistake and only sent one set of headlights out and not 2 - ok, no problem, it’s been a month already, I can wait a few more days.

Finally I get a tracking number which had been sat at ‘label created’ for 5 days, messaged to query why and was told it was because it hadn’t cleared customs yet and that I’ll receive an update once it has so I decided to phone UPS to track the order and see what was going on, just as I expected, was told Morette has created a label but nothing has been given to or collected by them.

By this time, the 5-7 days wait time had turned into over a month so I contacted Morette and asked to cancel my order because it had taken so long - they said no problem and that it’ll be refunded - no refund was ever issued by them!! Thankfully, I paid on my credit card and had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY’RE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!!!!!

Avoid at all costs. They are scammers. I asked whether their headlight kit would fit onto my car before purchasing which they said it would. Then when it arrived, not only were there missing items, but the entire kit doesn't fit. Not only would they not send me the missing items, they refused to let me return the wrong kit or issue a refund and have since ghosted me. I am out of pocket $1,000 USD.

A Prompt service with a top quality product, that's delivered with no issues at all.

The product came in phenomenal condition, no chips on the corner's or scratches / no wiring issues, with everything working all round.

To add with the product being packaged with care & consideration, a excellent company to purchase from, highly recommended.

Be very careful with this company. The product description does not contradict the truth (plug and play). I received the lights in terrible condition. The lights don't fit on the car, the shapes are inaccurate. All wires are glued with hot glue without sockets. I wrote to them and asked how we can solve this problem? At first they responded positively with intentions to solve this problem by sending out a new kit. Of course, only reservations at the end. Still haven't gotten a whole good set or money back. I do not recommend to anyone. I am in loss of 705 euros.

The person handled my order was so nice. Respectfully answered my questions, fast shipment, quickly dealing with the problem. Despite I firstly asked about their products via instagram, They immediately reacts both on instagram and their website. About the product, it nicely packaged so it delivered without any troubles. The surface is fine, so It can be easily painted. I am fully satisfied I can get the rare item. I’m looking forward to install the parts on my car. Thank you.

I had just bought a set of Morette lights for my Polo on ebay which didn't come with the grille, so I asked Morette on Instagram if they had one in stock ready to go, as I saw alot of people here complaining in the reviews about lead time and no response from Morette when asking a query. Within a few hours I got a response quickly confirming the grille was in stock and ready to go.

The shipping was very quick, was packaged appropriately and the grille is of great quality!

Most of the negative reviews on here are for lead time. But the thing is people don't understand if it isn't in stock or already ready to go/made already, the molds for the item have to be reproduced/refined from existing moulds and then made from scratch, which will take quite a while for it to be made and for the molds to get sorted. If you are going to order something, ask morette_official on instagram to see if its in stock.

Had some queries about their product that was already fitted to my car, (Peugeot 206) had a response from them with the exact info required within 12 hours. Very helpful and eager to assist, with a clear knowledge of the product. Most of the reviews that are posted here negatively seem to be people that don't understand that the product is not an 'on the shelf' item like an oil filter and are complaining on lead time or not giving correct shipping details.

They never dissapointed me. I ordered a Wiring harness and a certificate back in 2021 and everything arrived very quickly.

2 Days ago I had some electrical problems. Morette Support responded quickly and helped me figure out the problem. Now everything is fine.

Never had any problems with the company. I can only recommend the company.

Order was shipped very quick (during Christmas rush even) - response time was under 24 hours even with time zone difference, information provided was 100% accurate. I was hesitant to order - thinking perhaps too good to be true. I have seen used morettes for sale for years, never thought I would be able to own a brand new set. Lights arrived packaged extremely well, in immaculate condition. Absolute perfection. Thank you very much - we are beyond happy ! !

I must admit after seeing the reviews I was a bit unnerved after ordering, however the company were pleasant to deal with, very fast shipping times and I couldn't be happier with lights. Not sure where the negativity is coming from?
