I purchased my second human hair wig from this company (my first from another UK retailer) and my MORAMODE piece was far better quality and has lasted much longer. I also tried one of their modesty wigs which is beautiful and great for the price but I think I’d stick to full human hair in the future as in general, I find them easier to manage.

I found that the company were responsive and helpful when I did have an issue (exchanged a wig for a different colour) which was very reassuring.

I’d been following on instagram and as my former HH supplier had become so high in price I ordered from here & pleased I did. It’s perfect fits well, the cap isn't itchy and the lace is amazing. Yes it did take a bit longer to arrive but whenever I emailed Joan always replied. Will definitely order again

I ordered a customized wig from Moramode and the customer service rep I was assigned helped me every step of the way! I was a bit nervous having never ordered anything from the UK (I'm in the USA) and it did take a bit longer than expected, but every time I reached out to inquire about the status, my rep was pleasant, reassuring and helpful. The wig itself is beautiful and I will definitely order from Moramode again!

After losing all my hair to Alopecia 3 yrs ago, I have been in search of good quality true HD lace wigs. I decided to give Moramode a try and I’m so glad I did! Not only is the hair good quality, the hair color is on trend and the HD lace is undetectable! The hair looks like it is truly growing out of my scalp. Joan offered great customer service and I look forward to purchasing from her again.

La peluca es fantástica, la llevo usando ya 3 meses y el pelo sigue igual de suave y no pierde prácticamente nada de pelo. La calidad del lace front (el frontal de tul) es de ensueño, nunca he tenido una peluca tan realista, bien puesta con pegamento pasa totalmente desapercibida como pelo real.
La calidad de los/as trabajadores en cuanto a servicio y la atención al cliente es de 10, responden a todos los emails y son muy detallados en sus respuestas. Me hicieron sentir muy segura.
Problema:
Para que sus pelucas de pelo natural pasen la aduana, en España piden un certificado de fumigación. Es imposible enterarse de qué se necesita exactamente así q mi solución fue ir a Inglaterra personalmente y recoger la peluca en persona. (Me ayudaron en todo momento y son de lo más profesionales) Pero no todo el mundo puede permitirse viajar para recoger la peluca (yo tuve que ahorrar bastante) y deberían solucionar lo del certificado, porque la única opción es enviar la peluca como pelo sintético y por un precio más bajo del que pagas en realidad por la peluca. Por lo que si el paquete se pierde o es robado, solo te devuelven el dinero que pone en el paquete y no lo q has pagado en realidad. Y eso no es seguro, por eso opté por viajar.
A mi parecer es un problema grande puesto que ir en persona o jugármela a que se me pierda el paquete no son opciones demasiado cómodas. Si lo planificas con tiempo y ahorras puedes ir en persona, pero no veo haciéndolo a largo plazo y es una pena porque me encantan sus pelucas y quiero comprar más.
Así que ruego a Moramode que solucione el tema del certificado de fumigación para ponernos la compra más fácil. Esa es la única pega que les puedo poner, porque el producto es perfecto y su servicio es de lo mejorcito.
En concreto Marv, una maravillosa persona que estuvo en contacto conmigo durante el transcurso de la compra y movió cielo y tierra para que consiguiese mi peluca sana y salva.

Customer service is fantastic. Joan was a delight to deal with, and answered any questions I had. My wig arrived within a couple of weeks and I am in love with her. Quality is amazing, hair is so soft and smooth. The hair line is so realistic, and my friends can’t believe it is a wig. I have recently lost 75% of my hair through Alopecia Areata, and Mora Mode have helped me feel like me again.

My daughter absolutely loves her wig! She receives so many compliments and the best part is that it doesn't even look like a wig! It looks very realistic and she hasn't had any issues with it falling off either even when jumping on the trampoline. The fit is perfect and she has room to grow too as the cap is adjustable. We are so happy with our purchase that we are placing our 2nd order so she can play with different looks.

I have now had 2 wigs from moramode. One human hair and one synthetic. They are a bit more expensive compared to others but the quality is definitely worth it. They look so natural. After 12 years of wig wearing I have never had a wig that looks so natural, you really can’t tell it’s a wig!! I thought I would try a synthetic wig next and I’m glad I did. For £130 22 inches it blends so well it looks just like human hair but a little bit heavier. After 3 weeks of wearing it it became fuzzy and I thought I’d have to throw it away but no! ITS HEAT PROOF!! This morning I straitened my synthetic wig on a low heat and it’s back to looking almost brand new! Wish I knew how to attach photos! If you are thinking about it, you should definitely get your next wig from here. Also shipping takes a while but that’s because they make them personally. You can ask for pretty much anything.

Will never purchase from here again

Having had many good quality wigs from moramode over the years I decided in April to purchase a ready to ship as I needed one asap.

Two weeks after purchasing the coco 18inch, I was told they didn’t have it in stock despite it still being on their website even now as for sale in the ready to ship.

But no bother I picked another one and it was shipped the next day.

The wig came and I was initially happy with the purchase, it seemed all ok.

However just under two weeks after receiving the wig it started to shed, badly and in a very visible place at the front.

I contacted moramode customer care with video evidence and was asked questions such as what I’d washed it with? (I hadn’t as no need as it was only two weeks old)
Had I used adhesive? Yes the problem one supplied with it, but not where the shedding was as I only use the most minimal bit to secure the lace down at the very front of the wig to stop it lifting up. So again not a reason for shedding
An how I brush it, so with the wide comb hair brush.

I instantly felt like they were trying to shift the blame to me as if to say it’s how I’ve been caring for it, but this couldn’t be further from the truth as I’ve worn wigs for 8yrs due to a medical condition so I look after my wigs with great care as I like to get the most wear as I can out of them. An I usually get around 6 months out of wig an that’s with wearing it daily.
My previous wig before this one was a full lace that id purchased just before November last year and it had lasted me all the way until this one arrived mid may! So you can see my frustration with a wig lasting less than two weeks

I paid over £800 for this wig so to last just under two weeks is disgusting! Now I’m not saying all moramode wigs are bad quality as they’re not! I’ve had many from moramode over the years , however this one is actually very poor in quality as it should not be shedding in such a short period of time.

I was asked to email them with the video so I did, to get an email saying at this moment they’re unable to provide me a refund or an exchange until it’s been tested…. Again trying to insinuate blame on myself.

Well I’m sorry but under the consumer act 2015 if a purchase is not of good quality or breaks within the first 14-30 days of purchase you are entitled to a full refund. So I wish to exercise this right, and if this is not fulfilled with immediate effect I will be taking this to the small claims court for a full refund, the cost of taking it to the small claims court and the cost of having to purchase another wig as that’s what I’m going to have to do as this wig is not fit for purpose.

I have been a returning customer for quite a few years now. And one thing I will say is that the customer service has definitely grown with the client base. I didn't have to contact them once to chase up my order as I would receive emails every few weeks keeping me informed of my order progress. And that's all you can really ask to be kept in the loop. So customer service I commend you on this. As for the hair, flawless and high standard of quality and longevity throughout

This was my first purchase from Mora Mode and was most definitely worth the wait for the full HD lace custom, the colour is amazing, the hairline is out of this world! I have purchased many units from other suppliers and can honestly say, this unit is by far my most favourite and best quality, more realistic looking and natural hairline! I have purchased from MoraMode twice now the transparent lace is perfect the hair lines are amazing and the hair quality is also great! Very soft and full and they come beautifully styled right out of the box.
During both orders I had email correspondence thru out the entire process they are very kind, helpful, and always replied in a timely manner. My experience has been great both times and I will definitely continue to order with them for years to come.

These wigs are amazing quality, I’ve ordered 3 from them now, they have all been beautiful. The hairline is perfect and they last very well.
