Fanatic cigars collection, the entire process to get my cigars was less than 10 days despite the fact I'm staying in Malaysia. Especially Mr. Richard was very kind, polite, and helpful. Will definitely buy again.

First time buyer- Purchase the 2 box of Montecristo #5 , package was shipped great , boxes were good, and serial #s checked out as authentic on habanos website. Cigars smoke súper and have become my go to smoke for the summer.
Have already ordered twice after I received my order.

I ordered 2 boxed of 10 R&J tubos. Out of 20 cigars 15 were in bad shape. Cigars had MOLD and holes on cigars, some wrappers unraveling. I emailed pictures and asking for a different box. Unfortunately i received a email stating that because I selected “box sealed” on the comments, i am not eligible for refund, exchange, ect. Buyer beware. Shipping and packaging was fine. Quality control was horrendous. Spending $$$ on Cuban cigars I expected great quality. Here is their response on the mold, what a joke:

“We apologise that you have received your items in this state, we take great care for all of our products to avoid this from ever happening, however, as you can appreciate there are times where nature takes over and the mold forms. We would advise that if you can wipe it off, it is light and not at the foot end then they are OK to smoke. Unfortunately as you had selected "box sealed" we are unable to extend our guarantee to cover you for this mold.”

I've just received my 1st delivery of cigars for Montefortuna. I was a little worried as I've never ordered on line.
Service was top notch. I always knew the status of my order.

I'm a cigar lover from China, and I often buy cigars in other European cigar stations, but their customers are slow to reply and solve problems, but I didn't find any such problems in Montefortuna. On the contrary, Richard, the customer service, is very kind, active and tireless in helping me, which really makes me very gratified! I will introduce Montefortuna to all cigar lovers around me!

One of the best Europe-based online cigar vendors, with good shipping options to a wide array of countries. Nice prices (inc. special sales and two-box deals), good packaging and if there are any issues, the customer support is quick to react and solve the problem through direct communication.

On this note, a big thank you to Chelsea and Richard for stellar customer support. It’s nice being able to directly talk to helpful human beings, instead having to go through auto-replies and bots first.

As a European customer, I’m especially happy to see more and more non-Cuban brands being added, since these are a bit harder to get around here.

Great collection of cigars! Made my first order and was skeptical about quality and how it will be wrapped and delivered. When the package arrived, everything was in great shape and they packaged the cigars very carefully and threw xikar packs in every bag & box. I guess they won a new customer :)

What can be improved: maybe better offers and wider collection of non-cubans will do the magic (A Fuente, more Olivas, AJ fernandez, etc.), my order took a whole week until it got dispatched, while it take 1-3 days in average to get the order collected and dispatched.

Overall, Very satisfied with the first experience and definitely will order again

I had issues with delivery due to COVID. Richard was so helpful with the whole situation and very quick to respond. There cigars are always of the highest quality.

First order with went smooth as silk. 4 boxes of shorts came thru in approx 2 weeks from the time of order. Hard to beat the service and prices.
Forgot to mention....well packed and sent with a boveda 72%. Happy camper here!

I've ordered three times since December, 2020. Absolutely no issues with the products I've bought (Montecristos, Quinteros, Piedras, mainly), but the fourth time, I received the wrong cigars. Nothing I wouldn't smoke, but not what I ordered. Chelsea replied to my question immediately and provided a resolution that was absolutely fantastic.

I placed my first order with Montefortuna in February 2021, (3) five-er's. The complete order didn't arrive until April. Under our current worldwide predicament I don't blame Montefortuna for this. Several emails to customer service assured me I wouldn't be left hanging. Shipping time aside, I was quite thrilled to find that they had sent me 6 of each rather than 5. The cigars arrived in perfect condition due to exceptional packing. All the more important since one of the boxes was partially crushed in transit. Overall I'm pleased with my experience dealing with Montefortuna and look forward to sparking these stogies up to see what I've been missing.

When I first found Montefortunacigars I was amazed at their authentic cuban cigar collection, shipping was ok, but it seems like things have changed drastically, they don't have the sort after cuban cigars anymore, orders coming extremely late, and when contacting someone it been a basic general response with no real creditable answer or solution to the problem, I feel like it's just a waste of time to check the site anymore its become disappointing to me, they've changed for the worse and now all that's available on the site are mostly cigars I can get anywhere, with a few less desired cuban cigars in the bunch,oh well I guess it was to good while it lasted, I've located what I need on others sites, but I'm just wondering what happened to Montefortunacigars, not good anymore, I'm sure there will be a generic business reply, typical sorry, and pandemic excuses, when you don't have the stock of Cuban cigars you advertise the newsletter email alerts are useless, I've only had problems with orders being filled and shipping,I'm still waiting for an order purchased 1month and a half ago,now it's the lack of Cuban Brands in demand, and it's the same response everytime, promises of having the stock soon, for over six months I've check for what I like to buy and they just don't have it and seems like they never will at this point

I highly recommend ordering Cuban cigars from montefortuna. I have placed two orders and have got real Cuban cigars.
