Alle recensioni negative si aggiunge anche la mia. Mi reco presso una profumeria autorizzata alla vendita dei profumi Montale, con l’intenzione di regalare il nuovo profumo OUD SAPPAROT. Siccome il profumo non era per me, non avevo diritto a provarlo! Contatto l’assistenza clienti di Montale, la quale mi informa che avrebbe provveduto a inviarmi un campionino sua sponte. I giorni passavano, ma del campioncino nessuna traccia. Dopo circa un mese mi faccio viva con la ditta chiedendo informazioni circa l’invio del campioncino che gentilmente si erano offerti di inviarmi, senza che ne avessi fatto richiesta. Oggi mi é arrivata la risposta e cioè che il campioncino é andato perso per colpa di GLS. Questa é la serietà, nessun avviso, nessun tracking. Questa é la prima volta che mi capita un trattamento del genere, ragione per cui ho eliminato dai miei acquisti i profumi della ditta MONTALE.

Ho acquistato diversi profumi direttamente dal sito, esperienza impeccabile. Consegna rapida, e con un sacco di omaggi all'interno, mi hanno regalato una pochette bellissima. Ho fatto fare un pacchetto regalo e sono rimasta stupita dalla cura. Che dire i profumi sono molto persistenti, sopratutto l'Arabian Tonka e l'Intense Café.

Worst customer service!!! I did order 3 perfume from them a month ago and iam still waiting for them.

AUCUN TENUE comme un parfum de supermarket j'ai acquis en Italie le Vanilla Cake pour 100€ dans une boutique officielle, les bouteilles ne sont PAS REMPLIES certes avec un flacon couleur aluminium difficile de se rendre compte mais c'est une certitude.Bref je me sens bien arnaquée et il me faut m'asperger tous les quart d'heure pour avoir le petit plaisir de le sentir quand même.

Honteux pour une enseigne et une boutique renommée de m avoir envoyé après un achat de parfum un produit ouvert et flacon presque vide. Je ne comprends pas l interret pour une parfumerie qui veut susciter la qualité

Packaging ottimo, profumo in perfette condizioni spedito direttamente dalla boutique di Milano e arrivato in circa 2 giorni, pochette e 5/6 tester inclusi con tanto di biglietto di ringraziamento e scontrino di cortesia in occasione di un regalo, tutto perfetto

I bought two perfumes and one of them was defective.
A few days after I made the first complaint, the second perfume also started to have problems with the atomizer. I believe there may be problems with this batch that may be defective. I informed the seller who arranged for the collection of the perfume, but when the product was collected, the carrier did not provide me with the tracking number or the collection receipt number. I thought it was strange and informed Montale's support team. The person who answered me was Jose, who replied, "As soon as the carrier provides me with the collection data, I will inform you."
Wouldn't it be more correct to collect the product and automatically provide the return tracking number?
So far, I have not received a refund for the second perfume . Both was returned to Montale

I had been communicating back and forth sorting my order and I love how each time I got the same agent to speak with. My bottle arrived faulty however José responded quickly and assisted on getting me a replacement. They are very friendly and efficient at there job…. This was my first order with Montale and I will be ordering again. The service is fast and they are eager to assist you. Although the bottle was faulty I have seen reviews that this isn’t overly common and they’re happy to replace ( of course as long as proof is provided) I will be ordering again.

Bought a 100ml of Arabians Tonka.
Was sent a free 20ml of Intense Café that was impecable and very well packaged.
Not the 100ml bottle... The bottle was almost empty! No packaging nothing... Just laying on the bottom of the bag that came inside the shipment box.
Contacted costumer service: they asked for a pictur of the bottle on a kitchen scale.
Provided it.
Then they asked me for a picture of the shipment box... Which is absurd. Not only the box was going to be clearly open (I needed to open it to have the perfumes?!?) but I disposed of the shipment box... Why would I keep it? It just seems like an excuse not to be responsible for a clear fault on Montale's side!

The bottle has no damage to it. It's just empty... Its happens, we are all prone to error. It can be solved but no. No effort seems to be made here to amend the error, that clearly, is on their side.
130€ on rubbish!

Expérience vraiment génial, personnel également à l'écoute.
Habituellement je vais directement en magasin pour mes parfums Montale, les vendeurs sont top.
Cette fois-ci je n'avais pas le temps de me déplacer directement et j'ai donc commander sur le site internet.
Je n'ai eu aucun soucis de livraison malgrès les avis que l'ont peut voir, c'était rapide. Leurs parfums sont incroyable avec une tenue juste impressionante, étant une grande fan de parfum je peux vous dire que c'est rare.. enfin bref foncez!!!

On their website it says that they have a guarantee that the package will be shipped off within 72 House of the order being placed. I have now waited for well over 4 days and have only reiceived a mail that the package is in progress. I am not happy with this:(

Great fragrance, Infinity, terrible service. I ordered before xmas so realised it would likely be delayed but it took 2.5 weeks to arrive. The main fragrance was there, the free 20ml for ordering a 100ml bottle was there and the 5 x 2ml sample set i paid for was there. However the 3 x 2ml samples that were meant to be sent for free weren't. Yes they put in some stickers, a jute bag and a pendant, all that i didn't want, were there but not the free samples that had ultimately helped persuade me to complete the purchase.
I emailed and after checking with their warehouse they confirmed they were included and provided a staged photo that they could have taken today. Basically meaning, after spending over £100 and purchasing samples of fragrances i intended on then purchasing a full bottle of, i was lying about 3 x 2ml bottles. Poor.

Service de livraison nulle
J'ai fait une commande chez Montale Parfums.
J'ai reçu un mail de GLS en disant que la commande est en route et que je devrais choisir le moyen de livraison.
J'ai choisi le point relais pour faciliter la tâche à eux et à moi, après ce moment que des emmerdements...
Première livraison le point relais que j'ai choisi sur leur site travaille plus avec GLS
Deuxième livraison le livreur trouve pas le point relais.
Troisième livraison le colis reste au dépôt en soi-disant parce que le point relais est fermé en sachant que il est ouvert car je les ai appelé.
Franchement c'est honteux, recevoir en seine et marne un colis d'Angleterre plus vite, qu'un colis de provenant de Paris
Le SAV Montale Parfums a essayé de résoudre le problème mais sans succès. J'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis
Commande annulée le 28 Décembre, remboursement reçu. Fin d'histoire...
Surprise le deux décembre je reçois un message a dire que le colis est livré au point relais. A savoir que le SAV Montale Parfums les aura demandé le retour du colis. Mais il a été quand même livré à 11 km de chez moi, 2h36 à pied car j'ai pas de voiture.
Je suis très déçu ça aurait été que mon premier achat mais après cette expérience je pense que je le ferai plus. Car même si c'est pas Montale qui fait là livraison, ils sont responsables pour le choix de service de livraison.

Produits et services bien supérieurs à ceux que l'on peut rencontrer dans les grandes chaînes du monde du parfum.
MONTALE -rue Pierre charron- est certainement la meilleure boutique du genre dans la capitale.
Mon conseiller a été créatif à l'écoute et réactif jusqu'à trouver la fragrance parfaite pour moi.
Je recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience olfactive de qualité supérieure !

Assistenza clienti assente, il profumo non so come ma è letteralmente colato dalla parte dello spruzzino, nonostante non sia conservato in condizione di troppo caldo/esposto al sole o altre situazioni che potrebbero far accadere ciò. Sarebbe bastata solo una risposta o una minima considerazione da parte del servizio clienti, cosa non avvenuta. Personalmente dopo essermi ritrovato con il mobile sporco di profumo, non acquisterò un altro prodotto.

Livraison rapide ! Transporteur au top et suivi de la commande parfait.

Black Aoud by Montale, tried many Aoud / Ouds from top brands and designers. I like to rotate, you need to take in to account the different variations mix and tones, by this I mean top note, heart and base. Depending on where the Aoud / Oud projects from. This would normally be the base and believe me it makes all the difference. Once I'm ready for my next bottle I seem to always come back to Black Aoud by Montale. surprisingly very few have heard about this range. If you're looking for something different and stand out in a crowd then this is the one. So far according to me this is the KING of all Ouds.
