Well, I have to say that the fairing was a great purchase. The color is very strong and has no flaws. The support is very helpful and responds very quickly. I can only recommend it.

I really appreciate Monster Fairings for the awesome job they did with my 2023 CBR1000RR fairings. I first did not know which fairies I should get, but after looking I found one for Kawasaki 400. I emailed Monster Fairings about the fairings and they told me that they can do the same fairings for my CBR1000RR. I did not expect it to be this good. The paint is on point I love it. Thanks again. And I will be buying more in the future. I just started riding last year.

I ordered a custom fairing kit for my 2022 Honda CBR600RR. I absolutely love the finished product. It looks so good. Turn around time is a tad long, but was well worth the wait. I don’t have any issue with the fit. They fit perfectly. I will definitely order from Monster again when I am ready to change the look!!! ♥️♥️

I custome ordered HIVIZ shark fairings for a gixxer, the company listened to every change I asked for. The fairings came in a great time, look amazing, and for great.

I recently lost one of the gas tank fairings probably because I live in Texas and 106° was too hot for the double sided tape I use. I reached out to the company to see if they could replace these pieces only and they were able to do that. Highly recommend monster fairings.

The tech support for monsterfairing is unmatched. I was alway in the loop throughout the whole process, I was never worried about getting left in the dark with my fairings. I also liked the picture proof before they sent them to me so I could make sure they look perfect before I got them.

2012 zx14r gloss black Fairings look beautiful in person. Fitment is pretty good with only small modifications to the hole sizing needed. Overall very happy and will recommend.

Purchased a 2014 Triumph Daytona 675R fairing, the communication was good till i made the purchase. Took almost 3 months for the fairing to arrive. Well packed. I was disappointed with the finish of the interior and the overall finish. All the screw holders looks to be badly glued on. No quality control. The standard is not what they advertise. I have sent them 8 defects and requested a replacement or refund all of a sudden communication is become non existent. If you are looking at purchasing a Triumph Daytona 675 fairing's. PLEASE DONT. you can get the same plastics from a different supplier at half the price.

The paint looks amazing. The fitment isnt the best, youll have small gaps. But the bolt kit is terrible, made out of aluminum or a soft metal. Just buy your own bolts before you strip them

Great customer service and good quality product

Ordered a set of fairings for my CBR600RR in the Spring. I had done a fair bit of research and watched lots of videos on YouTube.

When the fairing kit arrived I was so pleased with it, it was exactly what I wanted. The fairings were very good quality with no need to trim holes for the screw fixings. All the trim fixings were also included and the paintwork was excellent.

Once fitted my bike has been transformed and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product from Monster Fairings.

Some of the parts take a bit of work to fit, however, it is well worth the effort and I would have no hesitation in recommending Monster Fairings to anyone considering a replacement fairing kit.

Monster Fairings aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I haven’t seen any better.

Quality is horrible, paint is chipped in different locations and plastic fairings does not fit properly, spending over $1300 and very disappointed. Will not recommend

Well where to start.
I started communication with Monster Fairings in 2023 about a design I was thinking of getting done. Honestly they were great, they were really responsive with the emails... no phone communication did make it difficult to get my idea over to them but we managed.

Early FEBRUARY 2024 I paid for my fairings to be made. (With a $40usd tip)
From this moment the communication got progressively worse. I was told the process would be 14 to 28 days to completion.

I'M NOW ON DAY 120.

whenever I asked questions the responses pretty much ignore my questions and give me subtle updates.

At one point after me raising my concerns I was told by Erick Boyd that he was now going to be my liason and would personally update me every 2-3 days this was mid April. I have not once recieved any emails without me emailing them 2-3 times first.

After multiple complaints and the process of getting my credit card company involved in return my money they then send me pictures of my completed fairings, an apology and upgrade to expedited shipping to make up for the delay. It doesnt make up for the delay... its no where near made up for the delay. Even if they post it today and it does take the 20 days to deliver... that's still 5 months from paying to receiving.. I'm still not hopefully of getting them before the end of July.

In my experience with selecting a kit on monster fairings went well. There is a lot to pick from and you can even choose to do custom fairings if you can’t find what you are looking for in their vast collection of fairings.

The customer service was great Richard Smith was my consultant during the whole process and he kept me up to date by email sending progress reports all along the way until finally they had been completed and clear coated which he then sent me photos for approval before shipment.

Once they ship you receive tracking information right away and it does take a little time till it gets to then United States maybe 3-4 weeks and once it does it takes 5 days or so to be delivered. They came packaged very well each piece was carefully wrapped in like flexible styrofoam packing material with pieces of boxes between to help keep things safe. Nothing was broken on arrival they looked great.

The install is pretty straight forward I would recommend getting the bolt kit with your order it has more than enough to complete the install. Th final results k8 gsxr 750 looking brand new again. Definitely worth the money and worth the wait.

Recently had to get my credit card company involved with getting a refund. I ordered fairings on April 1, 2024 and paid for expedited shipping, according to Monsters website there is no indication that fairings have to be manufactured and are not In-Stock. I found this out after my card was charged.

I emailed Monster and told them that since they failed to inform me that the fairings were not in-stock, that I wanted a refund on my shipping (At the least). Request ignored. My only form of contacting monster was with email, which they took this opportunity to avoid answering my questions and only send what I feel were canned responses.
My last email from them they indicated that photos were sent for my approval, never got the photos until much later. They also tried to get me to pay the Expedited shipping charge again.

I had to remind them the shipping was already paid.
I did tell them to ship anyway, 10 days later I still had not received any shipping information or tracking number.

Monster also tried to bribe me with extra parts if I removed my 1 star rating and gave them a 5 star rating instead.

Today, I sent an email canceling my order and requested my card company to get my money back.

This just got better. Not 15 minutes after I sent the email to cancel. Monster just replied saying my fairings were being shipped and with a tracking number, here is the tracking information:

Received the fairings after a neighbor wrongly signed for them, yes I know that is illegal but the damage is done. I think.

Opened the box and started looking at the end product. The color is great, it was the Arizona Green Tea color. However, the fairings were made by ZXMT. Found many imperfections in the paint, the stencil they used was from a picture taken off something and then enlarged. Lots of pixelation in the stenciling makes it almost look like it's out of focus. Edges cut poorly and bits of the stencil folded and then clear coated into the finish.

The heat shielding is crap plain and simple and has to be redone. There is not enough to protect it from the heat of the exhaust and would certainly cause it to melt.

I did some checking and there are 3 other companies in China that make fairings. I suggest anyone looking for fairings to do a search and pick one that is not ZXMT. Also the other manufacturers offer order turn around in 7 to 10 days plus the shipping, some will even paint your fairing any color you want including custom jobs.

I am prepared to eat what I paid, but hopefully this will keep other people from making the mistake I did.

Earlier this year I ordered a fairing set from Monsterfairings. this was delivered very quickly.
the quality is good and the fit too.
I recently had an accident where two fairings broke.
After I contacted Monsterfairings, they were happy to help me by sending new ones.
I would definitely order here more often!
